Episode begins with Gehna asks Jamuna that if Praful is fine. Jamuna nods at her. She asks her that why the latter sacrificed this much for them. Gehna tells her that she is happy that she could help them. She adds that her life begins with them and also ends with them. Jamuna is about to curse Surya but Gehna stops her. She asks her that if the latter still loves Surya. Gehna remains silent. On the other hand, Surya hallucinates Gehna and she applies haldi on his injuries. He comes to reality and harms his hand. He wonders that why Gehna affecting him still.
Surya asks Nurse to give fruits to Praful. She informs him that today Praful getting discharged. He thanks her. Wardboy hits Praful’s wheelchair by mistake and Praful is about to fall from staircase but Surya saves him. Surya apologizes to Praful and asks him to not worry because he sort out everything and Desai house belongs to him only now.
Praful gets happy and blesses him. He asks about Gehna. Surya lies to him that Gehna doing puja for him. Praful tells him that he knows that fight happened between him and Gehna because of pregnancy matter. He asks him to forgive Gehna and he can see love for her in the latter’s eyes. He adds that Surya is lucky that Gehna loves him. Surya agrees with him and leaves from there.
Outside hospital, Jamuna returns the fruits to Surya saying that they don’t need his fake sympathy. She asks him to get Gehna out of the jail because she is innocent and goes inside. Kanak tells Surya that Suhani is supposed to give that diamond necklace to her if she separates him and Gehna. She says that Suhani and Sikandar are cunning. He tells her that he don’t want a character certificate of his family from her. She tells him that Gehna’s weakness is she speaks truth always. She asks him to believe Gehna atleast and leaves from there.
In the jail, prisoners asks Gehna to greet don lady. Gehna ignores them and starts eating. But they didn’t let Gehna eat. Gehna drinks water and goes inside.
Surya recalls Kanak’s words. Sikandar gives camera as gift to Surya. He asks him to enjoy like earlier and he will handle everything. Surya recalls that how he met Gehna first time. He tells him that he want to help him in their family business. Sikandar refuses. Surya recalls Kanak and Smugglers words. He asks him that why the latter is not letting him join their family business. Sikandar tells him that it’s not like that. Surya tells him that he will join and leaves from there. Sikandar tells Suhani that it looks like Surya doubts them.
In the jail, Sikandar visits Gehna and tells her that he is going to kill Surya. She warns him to not hurt Surya. He challenges her to stop him before he kills Surya. He adds that she have just 24 hours and leaves from there.
