Episode begins with Gehna barge into Doctor’s cabin and asks him to not perform Surya’s surgery because those reports are fake and Surya is perfectly fine. Abhay turns around and Gehna gets shocked seeing him there. She asks him that what is he doing there when he should be in jail. He tells her that the court released him seeing his good behaviour. He informs her that he is going to perform Surya’s surgery but he can’t say that Surya will survive or not after surgery. She tells him that he can’t perform Surya’s surgery. He asks her that who can stop him. She tells him that she will stop him and moves from there. He makes her unconscious and locks her in his cabin. He says that he will meet her after surgery and leaves his cabin.
Abhay introduces himself to Surya and Suhani. Surya tells Abhay that nothing should happen to Suhani. Abhay asks him to not worry. Meanwhile, Dada and Dadi gets worried and wonders that Gehna talked to Doctor or not. Meanwhile, Abhay begins the procedures. Suhani murmurs to him that surgery should not happen. He asks her to not worry and continues his job.
Gehna regains her consciousness and screams for help. Nurse opens the door. Gehna barge into the surgery room and stops Abhay. She asks Surya that if he is fine. She tells him that he don’t need a surgery because those reports are fake. And everything is her plan to expose Suhani. She pleads him to believe that Suhani playing with his emotions.
Abhay says that Gehna have not changed yet. He lies to Surya that first Gehna trapped him in her love then send him to jail with Anant’s help. And he is damn sure that Gehna is behind Anant’s death too. He asks Surya to be careful because the latter is Gehna’s next target and leaves from there. Gehna asks Surya to not trust Abhay and she is sure that Suhani called Abhay. Surya tells her that it’s her who is playing with others life. Suhani asks him to stay away from Gehna because she ruins everyone’s life. Then she takes Surya from there. Dadi and Dada consoles Gehna.
Later, Suhani asks Gehna that the latter must be wondering that how Abhay returned in her life. She reveals that Kanak helped her. Gehna tells her Surya won’t forgive her once he learns her truth.
Surya asks Suhani that why she seems so stressed. She tells him that Gehna will separate them. And Gehna is really dangerous and how long they has to tolerate her. He tells her that it’s time to bring Sikandar out of jail. He calls Praful and tells him that he is facing problems in his new business. And his accounts have been freezed after Sikandar’s arrest. He tells him that he needs 9 crore rupees. Praful tells him that he will meet him. Surya asks him to not tell about it to Gehna. After some time, Tailor brings jail uniform. Suhani asks tailor to stitch jail uniform for Gehna. Gehna asks her that what’s all this. Suhani tells her that now the latter will end up in jail.
