Episode begins with Nityam tells auto drivers that their income is safe and they need not to worry about auto maintenance because Dalmias will take care of it. Saavi asks him that what is he saying. Kalpesh claps. He tells Saavi that she is participating in the auto union election to support Dalmias not auto drivers. He tells auto drivers that Saavi want them to become slave of Dalmias. He says that he will tell the disadvantages of this project. First disadvantage is the new auto will belong to Dalmias. And they can’t work according to their convenience. He tells them that Saavi is planning to snatch their freedom from them. He asks them that if they are ready to give their hard work to Dalmias.
Auto drivers opposes the project. Saavi tries to calm them down. She goes to auto drivers and tries to talk to them. Then she goes to the stage. She requests the auto drivers to calm down. Razak tells her that Kalpesh is right. He says that he never that Saavi will do something like this. He tells her that her intention was never helping them and she betrayed them. He adds that now he understood why Nityam allowed Saavi to participate in the election.
Auto drivers starts throwing stones. Nityam tries to protect Saavi but she stops him. Sonam tells them to go from there. Saavi goes to auto drivers. Nityam blames Sonam for the mess. Sonam tells him that Saavi should support him now but she is trying to convince auto drivers. Reporter asks Nityam that it’s a scheme or scam. Auto drivers chants against Nityam.
Saavi tells Razak, Kalpesh and Pankaj that they misunderstood her. Kalpesh mocks her. Saavi tells Razak that it’s not like she will go against auto drivers just because she is a Dalmia now. Razak asks her that what is all this. He tells her that he trusted her. She asks him to trust her completely. And says she know Nityam very well and Nityam is not like that. Razak understands that Saavi don’t know about the project. He tells Saavi to talk to Nityam.
Saavi takes Nityam inside. Nityam scolds auto drivers. She tells him that he should have informed her about this project details and she would have told him that the base is weak in this project. She says that auto drivers won’t work for Dalmias and they won’t sacrifice their freedom. He tells her that he is money minded businessman for her. She tells him that she know he want to change auto drivers life. But for that Nityam has to understand auto drivers first. She asks him to back off for now. He tells her that he can’t do that. She tells him that he can’t get succeed without auto drivers support so he has to back off now. He asks her to choose between him and auto drivers. Nutan overhears their conversation.

Precap – Saavi tells auto drivers that according to Nityam this project is beneficial for them. Razak asks her that what if Nityam fails to understand them. Saavi tells him that if that happened then Nityam will stop the project. Nityam hears this.
