Episode begins with Nityam tells Saavi that he never thought he has to pay this to accept her. He says that he build this Dalmia industries with his hard work. Saavi tells him that she want to help him too. He reminds her that she said he will stop the project if he won’t agree with auto drivers conditions then. She tells him that he won’t get investment if he won’t get auto drivers approval for project then so he should negotiate with auto drivers. He tells her that he won’t negotiate with auto drivers. She asks him to keep his ego aside and try to listen auto drivers conditions.
On the other hand, Raksham finds a man who is drunk. He gives food to that man. That man asks Raksham that who is he. Raksham calls him as father. That man hugs Raksham.
Vedika talks to herself about Saavi and Nityam’s personalities. She hope that they stay together even though they fight with each other. Saavi and Nityam gets ready and leaves the room.
In the office, Razak tells Saavi that they are waiting from long time. He asks her that if she is sure Nityam is ready to meet them. Kiran comes there and tells Saavi that Nityam was busy with meeting. He takes Saavi and auto drivers to Nityam’s cabin. Nityam welcome auto drivers. He tells them that Sonam will talk on behalf of Dalmias.
Sonam says that she read the proposal which Saavi gave. She tells auto drivers that this company is profit making company not charitable company. Nityam asks Saavi that what she want to say. Kalpesh mocks Nityam. Saavi tells Kalpesh that they can’t disrespect anyone.
Sonam says that just profit and loss matters for a company. Saavi tells her that Dalmias will get zero profit in this project. Sonam tells her that no use of talking about it anymore. Nityam tells her that let Saavi complete her speech. Saavi tells him that money is not the only profit a businessman will get. She says that auto drivers are emotionally connected with their auto. And Dalmias can take decision on auto drivers favor. Sonam tauntingly tells her that her speech is good. Nityam says that he will announce his decision in front of media persons.
Media persons asks Nityam about his statement. Sonam tells Saavi that auto drivers won’t leave her after hearing Nityam’s statement. Nityam tells media persons that he took his decision. He says that if he want he can proceed this project by breaking many people heart but he don’t want to do that. He reveals that he will launch his Chatriprasad Express app after making major changes and he will fulfill auto drivers conditions. He says that Dalmias will provide free education to children and take care of medical expenses who register in the Chatriprasad Express. Media person tells him that he is changing. Nityam tells them that Saavi changed him.
