Episode begins with Nityam tells Saavi that she don’t have any work in his office and even if he gives she can’t do. Saavi asks him to give a chance to her. He nods at her. She gets surprised with his response. On the other hand, Dimpy calls Sonam and scolds her for ignoring the calls. She informs her that Saavi asked for job in Nityam’s office. Sonam tells her that degree and mind need to work in Nityam’s office so Nityam won’t give a job to Saavi no matter what. Dimpy asks her that what if Nityam gave job to Saavi. Sonam tells her that, that’s impossible. She informs her that she planned something and she know she will win. She advices her to try to win Himesh’s heart again or else the latter will be thrown out of the Dalmia house. Dimpy asks her to not worry because everything is fine in between her and Himesh and disconnects the call.
Nityam tells Saavi that he gave many job options to her but she did not choose anything. And she don’t have any degree and experience to work in any of the department. He indirectly tells her that she is not capable to work in his office. He asks her that she want job from which department. Saavi remains silent. She tells him to give training and he can treat her as intern. She says that she don’t want salary until he hires her. He nods at her.
Meanwhile, Himesh offers green juice to Dimpy. Dimpy drinks it and asks him that if he mixed bitterguard. She reminds him that she is allergic to bitterguard. He recalls that how she put the blame on him in front of Vedika.
Nityam begins his meeting. Saavi joins them and sits on the sofa. So Nityam gives a break. In the next meeting, Saavi asks lot of questions from Nityam to clear her doubts. After some time, Nityam repaires the printer. Kiran tells Saavi that Nityam know everything. Saavi tells Nityam that she can’t learn from him because he is too smart. Nityam tells her to write apology letter instead of resignation letter. He says that they are leaving for home. She asks him to go first.
Vedika asks Nityam that why he is closing Raghuvanshi factory. Nityam tells her that there is no profit from that factory that’s why. She tells him that his father worked there. He says that he know and he need profit not loss. He tells her that Saavi won’t fit in his office. She tells him that it looks like he is scared that Saavi will beat him with her hardwork that’s why he is not giving a chance to Saavi and goes inside.
Kiran gives all the files to Saavi. Saavi tells him that she want to know everything about Dalmia industries. Later, Kiran calls Nityam and tells him about Saavi’s hardwork. Nityam decides to give a job to Saavi.

Precap – Nityam tells Saavi that it won’t be easy to work in factory. Later, Sonam gets job at Nityam’s office. She hugs Nityam and thanks him for trusting her.
