Episode begins with Nityam asks Sudha that what is she doing there. He tells Judge that Sudha is not his lawyer. He asks Saavi that what is all this. Saavi looks at Raksham. Raksham gets permission from Judge to talk to Nityam. He tells something to Nityam. Outside the court, Media reportets report about Nityam’s case. Judge rejects Nityam’s bail appeal. Police takes Nityam from the court. Media reportets questions Saavi.
After some time, Saavi recalls that how Raksham said Sudha will win the case and how Nityam asked her about Mr. Verma. Raksham comes there. She tells him that Nityam has to stay in jail one more day because of him. She says that Sudha don’t even know the details of the case. He apologizes to her. He asks her to give one more chance to him. She tells him that he can’t make everything fine and cries. He promises to bring Nityam home. Sonam sees everything.
Later, Saavi asks Nityam to say something. Nityam tells her that she failed to arrange bail for him. He asks her that why Mr. Verma did not come to the court and who was that new lawyer. He complains to her that how he is struggling in the jail. She tells him that she made a big mistake but she won’t repeat her mistake. Police officer takes Nityam from there.
Vedika watches the breaking news about Nityam. Raksham asks her to eat food for Nityam’s sake. She says that she don’t like Nityam spending time in the jail. He tells her that Saavi is not understanding anything because she is emotional but he and Sudha tried his best. He says that opposition party submitted solid evidence against Nityam. She asks him that if he think Nityam is culprit. He tells her that he know Nityam. He says that he trust Vedika’s upbringing so it’s not like Nityam made a mistake in the past. She sits on the house temple and says that she won’t get up until Nityam returns home.
Later, Client tells Raksham that he want his money. Raksham tells him that the latter will get his money soon. Raksham tells him that tomorrow also Nityam won’t get bail. He says that tomorrow board of meeting will happen and he will get votes in his favor.
In the jail, Nityam cleans the floor. Outside the court, Saavi tells Sudha that Nityam don’t want her to fight his case. Sudha asks her that if Raksham know about it. Saavi tells her that she was busy in paper work so she did not get time to tell him. Sudha tells her that the latter will regret. Saavi tells her that she is rectifying her mistake. Mr. Verma comes there and stands beside Saavi.
