Episode begins with Sonam scolds Ratna for letting Saavi enter her room. She takes the necklace from Ratna. Ratna tells her to ruin others work if the latter can’t do her work properly then. Sonam gives the necklace to her. She thanks Ratna for the idea and leaves from there. On the other hand, Saavi gives chatriprasad name plate to Nityam. Nityam tells her that he is sure she completes him and they can achieve anything together. He says I love you to her. She tells him that she love him too.
Sonam shows Nityam’s workshop to her man. She tells him to break the pillar and the auto model standing under the pillar should get destroyed. She informs him that no one will be there at night. Later, Nityam checks the auto model. Saavi gets up and searches Nityam. Ratna waits for Sonam’s call. Saavi tells Ratna that she is going out to find Nityam and leaves from there.
Ratna calls Sonam and asks her to stop her work because Nityam is inside the workshop. Sonam gets shocked hearing this. She tells her that her work is done according to her man. Meanwhile, Saavi reaches the workshop and finds Nityam unconscious. She calls people for help. They moves the pillar and takes Nityam out. Saavi takes Nityam to the hospital. Ratna gets shocked seeing this.
Dalmias and Raksham yells at Sonam for killing Nityam. Raksham says that he never thought Sonam will stoop this low. Devraj says that Sonam deserves punishment. Vedika tells them to throw Sonam out of the house and it turns out to be Sonam’s dream. Sonam tells herself that she will end up in jail if others got to know she is behind the attack then. She says that she did not want to harm Nityam.
Ratna reaches home and she tells everything to Ananya. Nutan and Brijesh learns that Saavi took Nityam to the hospital. They leaves for the hospital. In the hospital, Saavi cries hugging Ratna. She tells Nutan that pillar fell on Nityam and she won’t forgive herself if anything happened to Nityam then. Sonam calls Ratna. Ratna asks her that if the latter want to know Nityam died or not. She says that she never thought Sonam will stoop this low. She tells her to not call her again and disconnects the call.
Sonam thinks that she should tell the truth to everyone. Her soul tells her that it happened because of Saavi’s fate so it’s not Sonam’s mistake. She says that Nityam should not survive and if he survived then Saavi will win.
Doctor tells Saavi that Nityam’s condition is not good. He asks her to pay for tests. Saavi gives money to receptionist. Receptionist tells her that they won’t do tests until they pays full payment.

Precap – Doctor tells Saavi that they need to perform Nityam’s brain surgery. He says that Saavi need to pay 8 lakhs for surgery. Saavi tells Razak to make chatriprasad as auto model.
