Episode begins with Saavi apologizes to Thasvi. She says that today she understood what Thasvi would have felt that day. She tells her that she tried to stop her marriage due to the care she had for her but she failed to understand her feelings. Thasvi apologizes to her for misunderstanding her. She says that she understood Saavi did everything for her well-being. Saavi asks her to forget the past and the latter will get her true love one day. Thasvi asks her to give sometime to Nityam. She says that it’s not like Nityam has problem with love but he is not habituated to do it so he needs time to understand it. Saavi hugs her and she wonders that why Nityam run away from his feelings.

After some time, Uma Devi tells Saavi that she made Nityam’s favourite food. Saavi tells her that she don’t know anything about Nityam but she want to know everything about him. She says that everyone know about him except her. She adds that she want to know why Nityam is like this. Uma Devi tells her to ask Vedika about past and goes inside. On the other hand, Sonam drinks a lot. She tells herself that she won’t spare Shivam. Meanwhile, Shivam and Krishna talks about Sonam’s reaction on marriage. Shivam falls asleep.

Saavi tells God that she has to know Nityam’s past. She says that Nityam thinks he can’t love anyone and he don’t deserve to be loved due to his past. But she will separate Nityam from his past so he can start trust and love again. She asks God to help her to know Nityam’s past because she can’t let this marriage end easily. She decides to make him love her and leaves from there.

Saavi spots Vedika and she wonders that what Vedika is doing in the city. She follows Vedika and reaches the old house. Raju stops Saavi from entering the house. Vedika hears Saavi’s voice and escapes from there. Saavi acts like feeling dizzy and enters the house. She finds Nityam’s childhood photo there and runs behind Vedika. Vedika meets with an accident while escaping from Saavi. Saavi admits Vedika in the hospital.

Intoxicated Sonam reaches Shivam’s house and tries to kill him. She notices Vedika’s photo there. She learns that Shivam is not in his room and she screams for help. Shivam tells Krishna to call fire brigade. Krishna tells him to let Sonam die. Shivam recalls that how Nityam blamed him for his father’s death. He enters the house and rescues Sonam. Krishna tells him that Sonam will ruin everything. Shivam asks him to see how Sonam reacts after learning that he is Dalmia.

Doctor tells Saavi that they need AB- blood to save Vedika. Saavi calls Nityam and informs him about Vedika’s accident. She asks him to come to the hospital. Nityam refuses to believe her and disconnects the call. He tells everything to Uma Devi and Devraj. They reveals that Vedika did not leave for Gwalior.

Shivam reaches the hospital to get treatment for his hand injury. He learns that Vedika need AB- blood. He gets emotional seeing Vedika in unconscious state ( Maa meri song plays in the background ). Nityam reaches the hospital.
