The episode starts with Mitti’s mother and Roshini teasing Mitti saying she will not do any work as she going to get married once again to Akash. Mitti says they are acting like she is getting married just now. Mitti reminds them she is a mother of a baby. Mitti’s mother asks Mitti to allow them to enjoy this moment and comments on it.
Naina comes to the hospital to meet Akash but the security guard doesn’t allow her to enter the hospital. Naina leaves from there. Naina messages Akash that she is pregnant and asks Akash to contact her.
Mitti’s brother asks Akash if he has invited all the guests to the wedding. Akash reminds Mitti’s brother that he is the groom so he will not do any work. Akash’s father comments on him. Akash’s mother comes and defends Akash. Gudiya and his friend come to Akash’s house. Gudiya goes to meet the children.
Naina sees Rachana coming to her and thanks Rachana for thinking about her. Rachana says to Naina that she is still upset with her as Naina hasn’t told Rachana who is the person that Naina is having an affair with. Rachana says to Naina that the person she is having an affair with is just using her and he doesn’t love her. Naina says to Rachana that she doesn’t know as in the past he used to meet her everyday but he doesn’t even have time to meet her even once. Rachana asks Naina why is she this desperate to meet him. Naina says to Rachana that she is pregnant. Rachana hearing it comments on Naina and asks Naina to turn her broken heart into a weapon and use it against that person. Rachana says to Naina that one post from her can ruin his life and comments on it.
Mitti’s family helps Mitti get ready as a bride. Akash is also shown to be having gotten ready as a groom.
Naina gets message that she is rejected for the internship. Naina gets upset thinking about it. Naina looks herself in the mirror and she recalls Mitti saying to her if she had a sister like Naina she would have slapped her. Naina says to Mitti in her heart that she is not Mitti’s sister but she is his co-wife who has an illicit affair with Akash. Naina vows to ruin Akash’s life.
Akash and Mitti come infront of everyone as bride and groom. Akash and Mitti do ring ceremony infront of everyone and they celebrate it.
Naina recalls Rachana’s words. Naina makes a video saying she is girlfriend of Akash Malhotra Chandigarh’s biggest cardiac surgeon. Naina says Akash has sexually exploited her and when he learnt that she is pregnant he got her fired from her job. Naina says she tried to live her life but it isn’t easy so she has no choice but to die. Naina slits her wrist.
Akash and Mitti celebrate their marriage anniversary with their family.
Rachana and Karan find Naina unconscious in a pool of blood and they take her to the hospital.
Naina’s post becomes viral. The reporters and the police come to Akash’s house. The police enter Akash house and they say to the police inspector that he is under arrest for sexual abuse and abetment of suicide.

Precap:- The reporters ask Mitti if she is going to believe her husband even if he becomes father of Naina’s baby. Mitti says yes. Mitti says even if God comes and says to her that her husband is in the wrong she would never believe him.
Mitti learns only Lawyer Mittal can save her husband and she goes to meet him.
Mittal asks Mitti what does she think about Naina. Mitti says she thinks Naina is a fraud who framed Akash. Mittal asks Mitti to meet Naina. Mitti doesn’t agree. Mittal asks Mitti to meet her husband after he comes out of jail after he completes his jail sentence. Mitti hearing it agrees to meet him.
Mitti comes to Naina and asks Naina what does she want. Naina says she wants justice for her and her baby. Mitti says to Naina she is lying. Naina asks Mitti if she will be able to hear the truth.
