The episode starts with Mitti coming out of her home and she finds Satendra has stayed right outside her home the whole night. Mitti argues with Satendra that if anyone saw him here then her reputation would be ruined. Satendra asks Mitti to calm down and says no one has seen him here. Mitti asks Satendra to tell him what he wants to say and leave from here. Satendra comments on Mitti and asks Mitti where should she go. Mitti says to his father, children, job and comments on it. Satendra says to Mitti that he wants to help her in her battle against Akash. Satendra says to Mitti that she is an inspiration to all the silent women. Mitti says to Satendra that she doesn’t know he talks this much. Satendra reminds Mitti that she never gave him a chance. Mitti comments on it. Mitti asks Satendra why did he come to her yesterday. Satendra says to Mitti that Akash has filed a police complaint that Mitti has kidnapped Chirag. Satendra says to Mitti that she needs to be careful.
Akash calls Prithvi to come and meet him right away. Prithvi says he is doing some work and says to Akash he will meet him later. Akash reminds Prithvi that he has something that will ruin Prithvi and asks Prithvi to come and meet him right away. Prithvi agrees.
Satendra talks to Mitti while talking he tells her that he lost his job because of Akash. Mitti asks Satendra how did it happen. Satendra says Akash has spoken ill of Mitti and he gripped Akash collar and his superior think a criminal’s honour is more important than a woman’s honour and comments on it.
Jasleen talks to Naina and thinks when will she recover. Jasleen notices Naina responding.
Satendra gets a call from Chandan. Satendra later informs Mitti that Naina is responding. Mitti says to Satendra if it is true then she would like to go to Naina and apologise to her. Mitti says to Satendra she will help Naina in getting justice against Akash. Mitti also shares her concern with Satendra saying if they got this information. Naina’s uncle should also have sent this information to Akash and he will do everything so that Naina will not open her mouth.
Akash meets Prithvi in the hospital and says to Prithvi that Naina is responding and before she opens her mouth against him they need to kill her. Prithvi doesn’t agree to it. Akash says to Prithvi that he has to do it and reminds Prithvi he has his marks list with him and if it is released to the media then Pavan Vedi will lose the elections and comments on it. Prithvi asks Akash what does he want him to do.
Mitti and Satendra leave to meet Naina. Satendra follows Mitti’s cab on his bike.
The constable gets information that Akash is coming so he closes the route and says to Akash that there is a big accident infront and says to Akash that if he wants to go then he needs to take another route. Akash agrees and leaves from there.
The constable later calls Satendra and informing Satendra about Akash changing his route. Satendra says good.
Prithvi calls Akash and says to Akash all the arrangements have been made and says no one will stop him when he attempts to kill Naina and asks Akash to be careful.
Mitti and Satendra disguise themselves in the hospital. Mitti notices Satendra giving a note to the ward boy.

Precap:- Akash comes into Naina’s room and attempts to slit her wrist with a scalpel. Mitti stops Akash and takes off the bed sheet. Akash gets shocked seeing it is Mitti not Naina on bed.
