The episode starts with Mitti saying to Rohit’s wife that she has to handle the house work and says she is going to meet the lawyer.
Roshini says to her husband that this house looks good and asks if this tile is Italian marble. Roshini’s husband asks Roshini to have some sense as Akash has gone to jail.
The doctor asks the nurse to put security guards right outside the door and make sure no one enters Naina’s room without his consent. The nurse agrees and leaves from there. The doctor gets a call from someone. The mysterious person asks the doctor to make sure Naina doesn’t give her statement to the cops. The doctor agrees and says he will make sure Naina doesn’t give her statement to the cops. Naina’s friends see the security right outside Naina’s door and thinks once Naina gives her statement Mitti will know what kind of a guy is Akash.
Mitti and her family come to meet Abhishek Mittal the lawyer. Mitti and her family see Abhishek scolding a client for not listening to him. Abhishek’s assistant later asks Mitti and her family to come to meet Mittal. Abhishek agrees.
The police come to the hospital to take Naina’s statement. The doctor stops the police inspector saying Naina is not in a position to give her statement. The police inspector hearing it agrees and leaves from there.
Prithvi introduces himself to Mittal saying he is son of Pavan Kumar. Mittal reminds Prithvi that he is forced to listen to his father pavan not him and asks Prithvi to shut up. Mittal asks Mitti to speak about the case and asks Gudiya and Prithvi to leave the room. Gudiya and Prithvi leave the room. Mittal asks Mitti what does he think about Naina. Mitti says he thinks Naina is a characterless woman who made false allegations against her husband. Mittal asks Mitti to go and meet Naina in the hospital. Mitti doesn’t agree. Mittal asks Mitti then to meet her husband in jail for a few years. Mitti asks Mittal why should she go and meet Naina. Mittal says they are three scenarios good, better and best. Mittal says in one scenario she goes to meet Naina in the people will see it and they will have good impression of Akash, second scenario Mitti meets Naina she convinces Naina to withdraw the case. Mittal says third scenario and says in this scenario Mitti meets Naina and she makes Naina write an apology letter saying Akash is a good person and she has made false allegations against Akash. Mitti asks Mittal if they can get bail for Akash if Naina writes the letter. Mittal says today is Saturday and it is public holiday. Mittal says Akash can only get bail on Monday. Mitti later leaves from there.
Karan and Rachana ask the police inspector why haven’t they taken Naina’s police statement. The police inspector says the doctor said she is not in a condition to give her statement. Karan comments on it. The police inspector says they cannot break the decorum of the hospital to take Naina’s statement.
Akash’s family tries to convince Mitti to go and meet Naina like the lawyer has said. Mitti says it is not easy for her to do it emotionally. Akash’s family still insists Mitti to do it. Mitti agrees and asks them to give her some time. Mitti later leaves from there with Gudiya.
Mittal tries to talk to Inspector Satyendra about the Akash’s case overt the phone but Inspector Satyendra says to Mittal’s assistant that he will not talk about any case related matter over the phone and cuts the call.
Mitti comes to the hospital with a bouquet of flowers to meet Naina but the security doesn’t allow her.
