The episode starts with Mitti arriving at the school after learning that Chirag has suffered a head injury. Mitti talks to the principal about it. The principal asks her to calm down and says they haven’t made any such call. Chirag comes to Mitti, and she feels relieved to see he is fine.
The nurse enters Akash’s room and notices that something is wrong with him. She immediately goes to inform the doctor.
Chirag’s class teacher tells Mitti that she didn’t make any call to inform her about Chirag’s injury. The teacher asks Mitti to show the phone number from which she received the call. When Mitti shows it, the teacher says that it isn’t her number and adds that if the school needs to contact parents, the call would be made from the principal’s office. The teacher advises Mitti to file a police complaint about the fake call pretending to be from the school. Mitti agrees.
Mitti, Gudiya, and Chirag head home. Mitti then receives a call from Smita asking her to come to the hospital as Akash’s condition has worsened. Worried, Mitti rushes to the hospital alone.
At the hospital, Mitti asks Smita about Akash’s condition. Rohit accuses Mitti of pretending to be innocent, saying she knows Akash is allergic to milk products yet instructed that cheese corn be added to his soup. Mitti denies the allegation and asks why she would do such a thing, but Rohit continues to taunt her.
Akash arrives in a wheelchair and tells Rohit not to say anything to Mitti. Akash insists that Mitti would never try to harm him.
Later, Akash tells Mitti in his room that he knows she could never take anyone’s life. Mitti asks him to let the police handle the investigation, but Akash says he is tired of the cops and the court. Mitti leaves the room.
Akash asks Prithvi to get him discharged from the hospital. Prithvi says he will try.
Mitti goes to check if Naina is really in a coma. Simran approaches her and asks if she has come to check on Naina. Mitti apologizes and explains that someone tried to harm Akash, so she came to confirm Naina’s condition. Simran tells her that Naina is indeed in a coma and pregnant; she cannot even move. Simran warns Mitti to leave immediately, saying that if Gagan and his goons see her, it could be dangerous.
Just then, Gagan hears a noise from Naina’s room and goes to check. He spots Mitti and chases her along with his goons.
Mitti slips and is about to fall when Satendra arrives, pulls her into his police car, and drives away.
Meanwhile, the Malhotra family worries about Mitti as she hasn’t returned home and it’s raining heavily outside. Satendra and Mitti find the road ahead blocked and the way back destroyed by rain, so they decide to wait until it stops.
They sit at a roadside dhaba. Satendra notices Mitti shivering, takes off his coat, and offers it to her. Mitti asks him to stop stalking her and acting like a savior, saying she can handle her own problems. Satendra comments on her words.

Precap: Akash asks Prithvi to get him discharged. Prithvi wonders how Akash had such severe reactions after being admitted and asks if he took the correct dose. Akash replies that he took the right dose at the right time, in the morning. Prithvi says Akash doesn’t know how scared he was seeing him in that condition. Akash says he had to do it, as he might lose his career, his marriage—everything. Prithvi asks why Akash wants to leave the hospital now. Akash replies that someone is after his life. Mitti overhears their entire conversation.
