The episode starts with Mitti realising after talking to Amrita that if she fights with Akash for the custody of Chirag then she will lose the custody. Mitti thanks Amrita and says to Amrita right now she needs to look for a job. Mitti leaves from there.
Rohit brings food to Chirag and asks Chirag to eat the food. Chirag says to Rohit that he will not do anything that he says as he said that his mother Mitti is bad. Chirag throws things at Rohit. Rohit gets angry with Chirag’s behaviour and raises his hand at Chirag. Kuljeet stops Rohit and reprimands Rohit for raising his hand on Chirag. Kuljeet says she thought of leaving this house but now she cannot leave as Chirag is here and she has to protect him from them. Kuljeet asks Rohit to leave this room and comments on him. Chirag closes the door and locks himself in the room as he is upset.
Mitti returns to her home and she hears the sound of a Royal Enfield bullet. Mitti thinks Satendra has come as he really cares for her. Mitti reads the note left by Satendra. Satendra in the note says to Mitti that he has brought her some food that he has made for his family. Satendra asks Mitti to eat it. Mitti thanks Satendra in his heart for making her realise that she is a pregnant woman. Mitti thinks she needs to take care of both Chirag and about to be born baby also. Mitti gets ready to eat the food and she thinks if Chirag has eaten the food. Chirag in his home misses Mitti.
The next day, Akash comes to the hospital to do his work and he greets the residents who are taking care of his patients.
The head nurse comes to Akash and questions him about why has Mitti left him and she has also signed on Naina’s case reopen petition and asks Akash if Mitti thinks of her the person responsible for Naina’s condition. Akash comments on it.
Kuljeet calls Mitti and says to Mitti that Chirag hasn’t eaten any food since yesterday. Mitti asks Kuljeet if Akash hasn’t tried to make Chirag eat the food. Kuljeet says Rohit has tried to make Chirag eat the food but he said no and no one is trying to make Chirag eat the food. Kuljeet says Chirag has locked himself in the room being upset. Kuljeet asks Mitti to give her an idea so that Chirag can open the door. Kuljeet says to Mitti that he will bring Chirag to her once he opens the door. Mitti asks Kuljeet not to do it as if Chirag is brought here then Akash will take Chirag away again from her.

Precap:-Precap:- Akash and Prithvi look at the CCTV footage and find Satendra and understand Naina is with Satendra. Akash asks Prithvi to keep an eye on Satendra’s house.
Two goons come to Satendra’s house disguised as doctors and they say to Jitendar that Satendra has sent then to check on Naina. Jitendar allows them to check on Naina.
Satendra returns home with Mitti and he learns two doctors are checking Mitti and they said that he has sent them while the truth is he has not contacted any doctor. Satendra rescues Naina from the goons.
Satendra says to Mitti that Naina is not safe here as Akash knows Naina is here. Mitti says she knows someone who can take care of Naina as she has also gone through the same thing as Naina.
