The episode starts with the head nurse questioning Akash why has his wife signed the petition against him and left him. Akash says to the head nurse because Mitti is a woman and she misunderstood him. Akash says now Mitti has realised has she has made a mistake and she has come back to him. Akash leaves from there.
The hospital staff gossip about Akash and decide their voice against Akash. A doctor says to the hospital staff that they came here to treat patients not to discuss about Akash’s personal life and says Akash is a great doctor. Akash overhears their entire conversation and leaves from there.
Mitti brings food for Kuljeet and asks Kuljeet to feed the food to Chirag. Kuljeet asks Mitti to feed the food to Chirag herself. Mitti asks Kuljeet to do it. Kuljeet agrees. Kuljeet says she will be able to feed the food to Chirag only if he opens the door. Mitti says Chirag will open the door and asks Kuljeet to take the food to Chirag. Kuljeet agrees.
Prithvi asks Akash why did he need to come to the hospital and do a show off. Akash says to Prithvi that if he comes infront of everyone like this people will think even after all the rumours against Akash he is roaming in the hospital and they will think that all the rumours against him are false. Akash says he will make everyone think what is truth about him is false what is false about him is true. Akash says once he does successful surgeries of some VIP people everyone will praise him. Akash asks Prithvi to go and get the list. Prithvi reminds Akash that he has not come to the hospital for few months and all the patients are under another doctors and asks Akash why would any doctor give their patients to him. Akash asks Prithvi to get the list and he will handle the rest. Prithvi agrees and leaves from there.
Mitti knocks on the window of Chirag’s room. Chirag pulls the curtain and sees it is Mitti. Chirag says to Mitti that he wants to come with her and asks Mitti to take him away. Mitti asks Chirag to open the door. Chirag opens the door. Kuljeet brings a sandwich for Chirag and asks Chirag to eat it. Mitti has a sandwich in her hands and says to Chirag they will eat the food together. Chirag agrees.
Mitti and Chirag eat sandwich on each side of the window. Miti asks Chirag to always eat food and says she will not be able to eat food if he doesn’t eat food. Mitti makes Chirag Pinky promise her. Kuljeet sees Rohit coming and asks Mitti to leave. Mitti asks Chirag to give a good bye hug and she leaves from there after being emotional seeing her son.

Precap:- Akash and Prithvi look at the CCTV footage and find Satendra and understand Naina is with Satendra. Akash asks Prithvi to keep an eye on Satendra’s house.
Two goons come to Satendra’s house disguised as doctors and they say to Jitendar that Satendra has sent then to check on Naina. Jitendar allows them to check on Naina.
Satendra returns home with Mitti and he learns two doctors are checking Mitti and they said that he has sent them while the truth is he has not contacted any doctor. Satendra rescues Naina from the goons.
Satendra says to Mitti that Naina is not safe here as Akash knows Naina is here. Mitti says she knows someone who can take care of Naina as she has also gone through the same thing as Naina.
