The episode starts with Rohit and Smita helping Mitti and they take her to the gynaecologist as she has fallen off the stairs. Akash asks Prithvi to get him discharge from hospital as someone here is trying to kill him. Prithvi agrees.
The nurses do a cross word puzzle and they are unable to find one answer they ask Suhana. Suhana easily gives the answer for it saying there is only stain that cannot cleaned even if they clean it in Ganga and comments on it.
The doctor says to Mitti that her baby is completely fine. The doctor congratulates Mitti. The doctor asks Mitti to see who has come to celebrate the good news with her. Akash comes to Mitti.
Akash shares with Mitti how happy he with the news that she is pregnant. Akash feels overjoyed. Kuljeet comes to Akash and asks Akash if what Rohit said is true. Akash says yes. Kuljeet feels like she is on cloud 9 and comments on it. Akash leaves from there as Akash’s father asks Akash to go and rest. Akash agrees and leaves from there.
Kuljeet gifts Mitti an ancestral necklace of the Malhotra family as Mitti has gotten pregnant. Mitti says to Kuljeet it is too heavy and she cannot accept it. Akash’s father says to Kuljeet that Mitti will accept it later. Kuljeet agrees. Gudiya comes and complaints to Mitti as she hasn’t told her about Mitti’s pregnancy. Mitti says to Kuljeet that she would go on a drive. Kuljeet and others agree and they allow her to leave. Mitti and Gudiya leave from there.
Mitti later gets out of the car. Gudiya asks Mitti what will she do now. Mitti says to Gudiya that this baby is now her responsibility. Gudiya asks Mitti why is this baby her responsibility only and not Malhotra family responsibility. Gudiya asks Mitti if she is thinking about leaving Akash. Mitti tries to tell Gudiya that Akash has attempted fake suicide but she hesitates to tell the truth. Mitti later leaves Gudiya saying she has to get her courage alone to leave Akash.
In the night, Satendra sees Mitti waiting for him outside the police station. Satendra asks Mitti what is she doing here. Mitti says she came here to file a police complaint against Akash.
Prithvi comes to Akash and jokes on him. Akash asks Prithvi to stop his jokes and get him out of here as someone is trying to kill him. Prithvi agrees and says he will be out tomorrow. Akash says good.

Satendra says to Mitti that every criminal makes mistakes while doing a crimes. Mitti says to Satendra that a confident criminal like Akash doesn’t just do a single crime but many crimes. Mitti says to Satendra that she has to stop Amrita from sending the divorce papers. Mitti says she will take the divorce but not now and says she will take divorce after gathering all the evidence against Akash.
