The episode starts with Mittal arguing in the court for Akash. Mittal says to the judge that Akash is a great doctor who has brought glory to their country and he also reads a few newspapers clips to prove his point.
Mittal later speaks to the judge about Naina’s character. Mittal says to the judge that Naina has told a sad story about herself and she took money from Akash sometime rs 10000, 20000 and she also took rs 50000 for her uncle’s surgery. Mittal says Naina got greedy even more and she asked Akash for a permanent position in the hospital. Mittal says Akash rejected her as Naina doesn’t have experience. Mittal says Naina got angry with Akash and when she got pregnant with one of her boyfriends she blamed Akash for it.
Pushpa is about to take Chirag into home. Ramesh comes to Pushpa and comments on Pushpa about Mitti saying she has slapped him and now she is going to be slapped in the court. Ramesh says he has never put affair with another lady like Akash and comments on it. Ramesh asks Chirag to never become a person like his father. Pushpa asks Ramesh to get out of here if not she will call the security. Ramesh hearing it leaves from there.
Amrita calls Inspector Satyendra to give his testimony in the court. Amrita asks Inspector if he arrested Akash after seeing Naina’s video. Inspector Satyendra says yes. Amrita asks Inspector Naina what did he find in his investigation. Inspector Satyendra says they have arrested Akash and interrogated him but he denied having any relationship with Naina. Inspector Satyendra says Naina was depressed for a few days before committing suicide as she felt betrayers by someone according to their friends.
Mittal later questions Inspector Satyendra if he talked to Naina’s family. Inspector Satyendra says yes. Mittal asks Inspector Satyendra what did they say. Inspector Satyendra says they refused to talk about Naina. Mittal says Naina’s family has broken off ties with Naina because her life style is not accepted by a middle class family like them. Mittal says Naina goes to pubs, smoke cigarettes etc. Amrita objects to Mittal assassinating Naina’s character. The judge asks Mittal to stick to the facts. Mittal agrees.
Mittal later accuses Naina of falsely framing Akash and faking suicide. Amrita objects to Mittal’s accusation and says Naina really attempted suicide. Amrita calls for forensic doctor to give his testimony in the court. The forensic doctor says Naina could have really died by that suicide attempt.
Amrita later calls Dr Ahuja who has treated Naina to the witness stand. Dr Ahuja says to the judge that Naina had only a cut but the cut was not too deep. Amrita asks Dr Ahuja if that is the reason why he has given 5 units of blood to Naina. Mittal says the doctor already told she has lost a lot of blood. Amrita asks Mittal to allow the doctor to answer. Ahuja looks at Prithvi. Amrita asks Ahuja to give her if Naina would have died due to the slit on her wrist. Ahuja says yes and leaves from there.
Amrita calls for Naina to the witness stand. Naina feels uncomfortable in the stand. The judge asks everyone to leave beside people regarding the case. Naina later tells the court how she has friendship with Akash. Mittal comments on Naina.
