The episode starts with Naina giving her testimony in court. She tells the judge that Akash wasn’t happy with his marriage and whenever she spoke to him about it, he always appeared sad. Naina adds that, according to Akash, his marriage was just a responsibility and there was no love between him and his wife. Mitti interrupts, calling Naina a liar. The judge warns Mitti to maintain order and remain silent. Prithvi also signals Mitti to keep quiet or leave the court. Mitti falls silent.
Naina continues and narrates her interactions with Akash in detail. Mitti again interrupts, accusing her of lying, but the judge silences her once more.
Amrita asks Naina whether she and Akash ever used protection while being intimate. Naina replies that Akash never liked it. Hearing this, Amrita makes a remark about Akash and ends her argument.
Mittal then addresses the judge, saying Amrita’s argument was interesting but lacked facts. He questions why there was no evidence of Naina and Akash being together if they met at the hospital. Naina explains that Akash would leave her notes in files during OPD hours. When asked if she saved those notes as love mementos, Naina replies that Akash always insisted on tearing them after use. Mittal sarcastically calls it a convenient excuse. He then asks where they used to meet. Naina admits they would go to a flat owned by Akash. Inspector Satyendra testifies that the flat belongs to an NRI named Lalith Saxena.
Mittal attacks Naina’s character by pointing out her visits to pubs, smoking habits, and relationships. Amrita objects, saying Mittal is assassinating her client’s character. The judge tells Mittal to stick to facts. Mittal argues that Naina’s own family has distanced themselves because she falsely claims to be pregnant with Akash’s child, while in truth, the baby belongs to someone else. Naina firmly states that the baby belongs to Akash and she is ready for a DNA test.
Meanwhile, Prithvi steps out to make a call, instructing his henchmen to get the job done. They visit Naina’s uncle’s house, posing as her friends, and threaten the family, asking them to take responsibility for her actions before leaving.
Back in court, Mittal argues that Naina is insisting on a DNA test only to delay the case, keeping Akash in jail longer, so his family would eventually agree to her demands for money. He requests the judge to grant Akash bail. Amrita counters, asking if Mittal has any proof of Naina demanding money. She further argues that Akash is so influential that his wife already threatened Naina, and if Akash is released, he could do worse. She pleads with the judge not to grant him bail.

Precap: Naina records a video stating that all her allegations against Akash are false. Because of this, Akash is released from jail. His family welcomes him warmly, while Mitti learns from Prithvi that they bribed Naina, which led her to withdraw her statement.
