The episode starts with Mittal arguing for Akash’s bail in court. Meanwhile, Naina feels dizzy and loses consciousness in the witness stand. The judge orders her to be admitted to the hospital. Naina’s friends rush her out of the courtroom.
The judge says he will accept Naina’s request for the DNA test and declares that the court proceedings will continue four days after the test. Until then, Akash will remain in police custody. The police escort Akash away.
Kuljeet blames Mitti, saying that Akash would have gotten bail if she hadn’t created a scene by going to the hospital. Akash’s father asks Kuljeet to stop and takes her away.
Mittal congratulates Amrita for her strong arguments and leaves. Amrita tells Mitti to open her eyes and realize that before being a wife, she is a woman, then leaves.
Akash requests Inspector Satyendra to let him speak with Prithvi. Satyendra agrees. Prithvi reassures Akash not to worry and promises to take care of everything.
Mitti blames herself for Akash not getting bail and silently apologizes to him. Chirag asks Mitti why Ramesh said he should never become like his father. Pushpa apologizes to Mitti, but Mitti asks her to leave. Pushpa agrees.
Mitti tells Chirag not to listen to Ramesh, saying Ramesh doesn’t know Akash, but she does. Chirag agrees. Later, Mitti wonders why Naina agreed to the DNA test despite knowing her truth would be exposed. She suspects it might be Amrita’s plan.
Gudiya discusses Mitti’s case with Sandy. Sandy urges her to open her eyes, saying Naina is telling the truth, and asks her to explain it to Mitti. Gudiya then receives a call from Mitti, who says she will visit the hospital tomorrow and asks Gudiya to join her. Gudiya advises against it, but Mitti insists.
The next day, Akash asks Satyendra if he can sing a song. Satyendra allows it but wonders why Akash seems overly confident.
At the hospital, Naina’s family arrives to meet her. Prithvi signals his henchman, who assures him everything is under control. Prithvi calls Naina’s uncle and instructs him on what to do.
Constable Jessi tries to stop Naina’s family, but the nurse permits them. Jessi informs Satyendra about it. Naina gets emotional meeting her family. Later, her uncle tells her that they are being threatened because of her and insists she follow his instructions.
Mitti tells Kuljeet she has some work outside. Her father objects, asking her to listen to Kuljeet and not go, but Mitti insists.

Precap: Naina records a video declaring that all her allegations against Akash are false. Akash is released from jail. His family welcomes him warmly. Mitti learns from Prithvi that they bribed Naina, which is why she withdrew her statement.
