The episode starts with Satyendra asking Akash to sit down. He tells Akash that this will be his last day in the police station and that he wanted to speak with him before his release. He mocks Akash.
Mittal arrives at the police station with Akash’s bail papers. Satyendra instructs the constable to complete the paperwork, and Akash agrees before leaving with the constable.
Satyendra then speaks to Mittal about Naina’s case, remarking that if Naina’s second video is a story, then Mittal must be the writer of it.
Meanwhile, Mitti enters the station with Rohit and Prithvi. She tells Satyendra that during her last visit she had claimed Akash was innocent, but no one believed her. Now, she says, she has proof. Satyendra responds with a comment.
Akash greets Prithvi and thanks him for everything he has done, saying he will never forget his support. He later greets Mitti as well. Before leaving, Akash invites Satyendra for tea sometime. Satyendra comments on his offer, and Akash departs with his family.
At home, Golu asks his sister to open the window. Naina’s uncle objects, saying there is no need since Naina has ruined their family’s reputation. Naina retorts that he should be happy, as he also received money for making her withdraw her case. Angrily, her uncle asks her to shut up.
Akash is warmly welcomed home by his family. Mitti learns from Prithvi that money was given to Naina, which is why she withdrew her statement. Mitti confronts Prithvi, saying his action will only make people believe Akash is guilty. Prithvi argues that no one will know unless they tell. Mitti insists that it is still wrong.
Meanwhile, Jasleen questions her husband about Naina’s words. He admits that if he hadn’t taken the money, their family would have been destroyed. When Jasleen protests, he raises his hand to hit her but stops when he sees Golu awake.
Prithvi tells Mitti that without paying Naina, it would have taken years to prove Akash’s innocence in court. Kuljeet and Rohit also comment, but Akash supports Mitti, saying she is not upset about the money but about morality. He then reveals that he himself asked Prithvi to give Naina money, as he didn’t want to ruin a poor family. Mitti praises Akash’s kind-hearted nature.
At Naina’s home, her family notices her wound is bleeding and urges her uncle to call a doctor. He refuses, saying he will only pay once, and whether Naina lives or dies after that, he doesn’t care. Jasleen asks him to use the money he took from Naina’s case, but he slaps her and leaves.
Later, Akash’s family celebrates his release around a bonfire. Mitti tells Akash to rest since he has work tomorrow. Akash replies that he has already taken a day off. Mitti finds his response strange.

Precap: Mitti goes to the hospital and asks Naina to tell her the truth, promising to believe her. She later learns from the nurse that Naina has slipped into a coma.
