The episode starts with Mitti being surprised by Akash when she learns he has taken a day off. Chirag says he will also take a day off. Smita asks Chirag to sleep with her for a few days. Chirag replies that if he doesn’t sleep with Akash, how can he tell him a story? He adds that he has written a story about a queen saving a king after he is kidnapped. Akash tells Chirag that he will listen to his story but later, Chirag must sleep with Smita, and he makes a playful comment. Akash and the others then leave from there.
Kitoo brings Satyendra and shows him how his father, Jitendra, is flirting with their neighbour Anmol, who has brought kheer for him. Satyendra interrupts their conversation. Anmol says to Jitendra that she will bring gajar ka halwa tomorrow and then leaves. Satyendra asks Jitendra why he needs to flirt with Anmol just for kheer. Jitendra replies that ever since his wife passed away, his life has lost its colour, and he makes a comment on it. Satyendra responds sharply and leaves.
Akash flirts with Mitti and asks if she is thinking about something. Mitti says she never expected him to take a leave from the hospital. Akash explains that he took a day off because he wanted to spend time with his family, as he realised in jail that time with Mitti is most precious. Akash then receives a call from Prithvi and assures him not to worry, saying he will complete the rest of the payment to Mittal tomorrow. Mitti asks why he is paying Mittal now. Akash says he had earlier told Prithvi to do whatever it took to get him out of jail quickly, and by the next hearing, he will be completely free. He asks Mitti to forget about it. But Mitti says people will never forget. She says even if they don’t say it to his face, they will gossip behind his back. She adds that Chirag too will always be judged because of this. She insists they must wash away the stain on his reputation. Akash tells Mitti they will discuss it tomorrow.
Meanwhile, Jitendra sees Satyendra admiring his muscles in the mirror. Jitendra teases him, saying he should show them to the person for whom he has been building them. Satyendra denies it, but Jitendra says he can read him well and points out that he even took out his old deodorant, unused for a long time—implying it must be for someone special. Satyendra changes the topic and asks Jitendra to join the police force. Jitendra says, “So, you solved the case?” Satyendra replies that the case hasn’t been solved but has only become more complicated, and he leaves. Satyendra then thinks about Mitti.
The next day, Mitti’s parents take their leave after bidding goodbye to Akash and Mitti. Later, Mitti thinks she needs to go and meet Naina.

Precap: Mitti comes to the hospital and asks Naina to tell her the truth, assuring her she will believe her. But later, Mitti learns from the nurse that Naina has slipped into a coma.
