The episode starts with Mitti saying she made a mistake by trusting Akash and asks herself why couldn’t she see the truth. Mitti says to herself that she gave her everything to him but he betrayed her and every relationship he has. Mitti says Akash has also called last night to his room. Mitti asks herself what does Akash think of him a toy. Mitti scolds herself as she couldn’t see the truth all these years. Satendra feels sorry for Mitti seeing her in anguish.
Prithvi calls Akash and says to Akash that he wasn’t able to find anything about the phone no and says if he wants to find anything more about the phone no they either need to go to the service provider or police. Prithvi says they need to tell Pavan if they want to take police help. Akash cuts the call.
Akash gets a call from the anonymous caller but he doesn’t attend it. Rohit asks Akash why isn’t he attending his phone when it is ringing. Akash says it is a useless call and asks Rohit to leave it. Rohit agrees and leaves from there. Akash tries to call the anonymous caller(Suhana) but she doesn’t attend the call.
Suhana looks at Akash’s photo. Suhana recalls how Akash praised her perfume in the past. Suhana says this used to be her father’s perfume and she applied it to be close to him after he passed away. Akash says to Suhana that her father will always be close to him and comments on it. Suhana crumbles the photo of Akash and burns it.
The Malhotra family decorates the house on the happy occasion of Mitti being pregnant and Akash returning home from jail. Kuljeet thinks Mitti will give birth to a baby boy. Akash father says it doesn’t matter who it is and comments on it. Mitti returns home. Akash’s father asks Mitti to tell them how to decorate their house. Mitti stays silent. Rohit tries to talk to Mitti. Mitti says she is tired and leaves from there.
Satendra says to the constable that he will be able to sleep peacefully today as Mitti has cried. The constable asks Satendra why is he saying like that. Satendra says because he knows Mitti and says she only cried once and now Akash will not be able to fool her anymore and she doesn’t need anyone to help her and he will watch everything from behind the scenes and comments on it.
Mitti says a story to Chirag and asks Chirag if the queen should leave the baby in the palace or take the Prince with her. Chirag says she said the king is bad so the Prince should not be left with the king. Mitti agrees and puts Chirag to sleep.
Rohit comes to Mitti and apologises to Mitti for his behaviour in the past. Mitti says there is no use of his apology as they both know he is going to behave the same way when a situation like that arises. Rohit says he knows she will not forgive him that easily mac comments on it. Rohit later says to Mitti that Akash has questioned him about the perfume she has sent him. Mitti says she hasn’t sent any perfume to Akash. Rohit says then it might be sent by some hospital staff. Rohit says Akash is getting panicked for some small matter and he thinks they should take Akash to the psychiatrist. Mitti says they can take Akash whenever they want. Rohit asks Mitti why is she saying “they”and not using the word “we”. Mitti says because Mitti anc Chirag have been seperated from them and comments on it.
Jitendar arranges for wedding looks without Satendra’s knowledge for him. Satendra returns home and he introduces Jasmine to Satendra and says he fixed Satendra marriage with Jasmine. Satendra gets shocked hearing it.
Mitti sneaks into Akash’s room when he is sleeping while thinking Akash might have gotten a note with the perfume. Mitti finds a note in the dustbin. Mitti takes the note and leaves from there. Mitti after reading it confirms that Akash has a connection with Suhana.

Precap:- Mitti says to Akash that she wants truth from him as he ruined Naina’s life and how many lives has he ruined. Akash raises his hand at Mitti. Mitti catches his hand and slaps him back. Akash asks Mitti what proof does she have. Mitti calls for Suhana. Suhana comes there and asks Akash if he remembers her.
