The episode starts with Gudiya asking Mitti why she is upset when Naina has already taken back her police complaint. Mitti tells Gudiya that Naina withdrew the complaint because she accepted money. Gudiya then asks Mitti if that means what Sandy said is true. Mitti asks her what Sandy had said. Gudiya replies that Sandy said Akash should have settled the case out of court by giving money to Naina to hide the truth. Mitti defends Akash, saying he has done nothing wrong. Gudiya then questions why Akash gave money to Naina. Mitti reminds Gudiya that while they have never been in jail, Akash has, and jail is worse than hell. Gudiya and Sandy argue with Mitti about Akash’s case. Mitti says she needs to talk to Naina, only then will she be able to feel normal again.
Mitti goes to the hospital where Shivani, a nurse, greets her and asks what she is doing there. Mitti replies that she came for a blood test. Shivani takes her to get the test done and asks her to wait for a while. Meanwhile, Mitti overhears hospital staff gossiping about Akash behind her back.
Another nurse passes by and greets Mitti. She later speaks to Mitti and comments about Naina. Mitti asks if she knows Naina, to which the nurse says yes and continues gossiping. Shivani also joins in, but Komal, the head nurse, arrives and reprimands them for gossiping. Komal then takes Mitti for her blood test.
Komal warns Mitti that if she came to the hospital to enquire about Naina, it would damage Akash’s reputation. Mitti asks why. Komal explains that because Mitti is Akash’s wife, people will gossip if she enquires about Naina, and she asks Mitti to understand. After the test, Mitti leaves.
Prithvi learns from the hospital staff that Mitti had come to ask about Naina. A constable informs Satyendra that Mitti visited the hospital to enquire about Naina.
Mitti returns home, recalling Komal’s words that her enquiries could damage Akash’s reputation.
Akash comes to Mitti and asks where she went. Mitti remains silent. Chirag approaches her, but Akash asks him to go inside. Seeing Akash’s anger, Chirag refuses, saying he doesn’t want Akash to scold Mitti. Mitti convinces Chirag to listen to Akash, and Smita takes him away.
Akash confronts Mitti, asking what she really wants and if she wants him to leave this state and accept a job offer in Bangalore. Kuljeet questions Akash about what Mitti did.
Akash reveals that Mitti went to the hospital to enquire about Naina without telling him. He asks Mitti if she no longer trusts him. Kuljeet taunts Mitti and suggests that Akash throw her out of the house so that they can live peacefully. She even warns her husband not to take Mitti’s side.
Akash’s father says Mitti hasn’t given him a chance and tells her she has changed. Mitti is left speechless. Akash then asks Mitti to come inside, saying he needs to talk to her.
