The episode starts with Mitti coming to the hospital and asking Naina to tell her the truth and says she will believe her. Mitti later learns from the nurse that Naina has gone into coma.
A few hours ago, Satendra tries to stop Mitti from going to the meet Naina. Satendra comments on Mitti saying she doesn’t even have Naina’s address. Mitti says she has Naina’s address. Satendra says she will not find Naina there. Satendra asks Mitti to go to ward no 11 bed no 6 SDG hospital. Mitti asks Satendra why is Naina in the hospital. Satendra says she can find out about it from Naina and comments on it. Satendra leaves from there.
Mitti comes to the hospital and she finds the hospital staff gossiping that Malhotra family will not calm down until Naina is dead. Mitti asks Gudiya why are these people speaking like that. Gudiya says they should go to meet Naina and she leaves from there.
A compounder sees Mitti and Gudiya and he makes a call to someone saying they have arrived.
Mitti comes to Naina’s bed and asks Naina to tell her the truth and says she will believe her. Mitti later learns from the nurse that Naina has gone into coma.
Mitti asks Gudiya how will she find out the truth now. Simran asks Mitti if she wants to know the truth. Mitti asks Simran who is she. Simran says she is cousin of Naina.
Simran tries to speak with Mitti but Gagan interrupts their conversation. Gagan sees Mitti and falls at her feet and apologises to her for Naina’s behaviour.
Gagan asks Simran to be with Naina and takes Mitti and Gudiya aside to talk to them.
Gagan says to Mitti that he has raised Naina more like his daughter. Gudiya asks Gagan where was he when Naina was admitted in the hospital fighting for her life. Gagan says the world judges the parents because of their children. Gagan says because of what Naina has done they were not able to show their face to anyone. Gagan says he has gone to meet Akash to apologise to him for what Naina has done to him. Gagan says Akash is a great man as he felt pity for me and gave me money for Naina’s treatment. Mitti believes Gagan’s lies and thinks she made a mistake by suspecting Akash.
Mitti comes to Satendra and says to Satendra that she believes her husband even more now and says she has found out the truth and comments on it. Mitti is about to leave. Satendra asks Mitti if she has found this truth from Naina’s uncle. Mitti comments on Satendra.
Mitti returns home to Akash.

Precap:- Mitti in the washroom asks Karan why is he protesting against Akash. Akash comes into the washroom puts Karan to the wall and threatens him. Mitti gets shocked seeing his behaviour. Akash later leaves from there.
Mitti asks Karan if he is alright. Karan says Akash will not allow him, Rachna, Naina and Mitti also to live and comments on it.
