The episode starts with Satendra calling Mitti. Mitti asks Satendra if he talked to DSP Omni Sir. Satendra says he just came here. Satendra asks Mitti how are things with her. Mitti says to Satendra how Chirag talked to the baby the whole night. Satendra says he wishes he was there. Satendra says he just meant casually and says there was no other meaning. Mitti asks Satendra to talk to DSP omni sir properly and cuts the call.
Nirmala calls Mitti and asks Mitti to come quickly and says to Mitti that it looks like Naina’s baby is about to come out soon. Nirmala says neither Suhana or Faisal are attending the call. Mitti asks Nirmala not to worry and says she is coming there right away.
Akash gets information from his henchman that an ambulance has gone to Satendra Lohar’s house and it has dropped someone at Narayangadh. Akash thanks his henchman and cuts the call.
Prithvi comes to Akash and says to Akash that Mitti was about to go to Chirag’s school but she is now going to Narayangadh and he doesn’t know why is that. Akash says to Prithvi that he got information just now the ambulance from
Satendra Lohar’s house has dropped Naina at Narayangadh and says Naina is definitely in Narayangadh. Akash asks Prithvi to tell his goon to contact him if there is any information. Prithvi agrees.
Mitti comes to Nirmala and takes Naina in an ambulance to the hospital.
Bhushan calls Akash and says to Akash that Naina and Mitti have gotten into an ambulance. Akash asks Bhushan to hit the ambulance with the truck where no one will come to rescue Naina and Mitti. Bhushan agrees. Rohit overhears Akash’s entire conversation from behind the door.
Bhushan calls the truck driver and asks the truck driver to hit the ambulance. The truck driver hits the ambulance. Mitti and Naina get into an accident.
Bhushan calls Akash and says to Akash the work is done. Bhushan says to Akash that he wants Rs 50000 for one life. Akash says he will give him 1 crore. Akash feels as if someone is near so he cuts the call. Rohit leaves from there.
Suhana is shown to be admitting Naina and Mitti in the hospital. Suhana after a while comes out of the operation theatre and thinks Naina and Mitti are in serious condition and she decides to tell Satendra.
Satendra calls Suhana as Mitti isn’t attending her phone. Suhana informs Satendra about the accident of Naina and Mitti.
Jitendar sees in the news about the accident of Mitti and Naina. Naina’s friends, Akash family, Gudiya also see the news and learn about the accident.
Satendra leaves to the hospital. Satendra reaches the hospital and asks the doctor about Mitti. The doctor stays silent and a dead body is brought out of the operation theatre.
