The episode starts with Mitti taking part in the candle march along with the city people for Naina. Mitti looks at Naina’s body. Mitti recalls her moments with Naina. Naina’s family cremates Naina. Mitti vows to punish Akash.
Akash says to Bhushan that he will not give him a dime as he said that Mitti is dead but Mitti is alive. Bhushan says to Akash that he needs to give him the whole amount if not Bhushan will go to the cops and tell the cops that he ordered Akash and Mitti’s murder attempt.
Satendra is not able to make the baby stop crying. Satendra begs the baby to stop crying. Mitti and Gudiya come to Satendra and they taunt him as he is not able to make the baby Sampoorna stop crying. Satendra gives the baby to Mitti. Mitti comforts the baby and makes her stop crying. Mitti says to Satendra that she made a promise at Naina’s cremation that she will make sure Akash gets punished and comments on it. Satendra agrees.
In the court, Amrita puts forth her argument infront of the judge about Akash saying in the past Naina has said in the court that Akash is the father of her unborn baby and she was forced to take back her statement. Amrita says later Mitti divorced Akash after learning the truth about him. Akash attempted to kill Mitti and Naina in an accident in which Naina has been killed and Mitti has survived and comments on it.
Mittal argues in the court that Amrita is just making up a story but there is no evidence to her story and comments on it. Amrita calls Mitti to the witness stand.
Amrita questions Mitti about why she has divorced Akash. Mitti says to Amrita that Akash has always lied to her and comments on it. Mitti says on Akash’s phone a person by the name Patient no 3 used to call him all the time but after Naina has filed the case no call has come from that no. Amrita asks Mitti if she is saying that Patient no 3 is Naina. Mitti says yes. Amrita reminds Mitti that she has defended Akash before so why is she speaking like this now. Mitti says she didn’t know the truth before. Mitti says she felt suspicious as Naina has taken back her statement against Akash the next day and says later she learned the truth that Akash has given money to Naina’s family and forced her to take back her statement. Amruta says they have submitted Naina’s family statement. Mittal says this is just a story and there is no proof. Mittal also says Naina’s uncle Gagan has said that he has not taken any money. Mitti asks the court to call Gagan to the witness stand and question him why he has changed his home 2 times and where he has got the money for it. Amrita calls Gagan to the witness stand. Mitti leaves the witness stand.
Gagan comes to the witness stand. Amrita questions Gagan where has he gotten the money to change 2 homes as he was really poor. Gagan says Akash is a really great man as he forgave Naina’s mistake and helped them. Amrita asks Gagan if he is saying Akash has given him money. Gagan says a friend has given him money and the he has forgotten the name of the friend. Amrita shows a cctv footage where Gagan takes money from Prithvi and comments on him. Amrita sends Gagan away and calls Simran to the witness stand.
Simran comes to the witness stand. Amrita asks Simran what does she know Akash and Naina’s relationship. Simran says Naina used to love Akash and they also got engaged and Naina has also sent a photo of their engagement. Amrita submits the photo in the court. The judge says there is only a hand and there is no photo of Akash. Mittal comments on the photo. Simran says Naina has said that the bracelet is proof of her engagement. Amrita asks Akash to show his hand.
