The episode starts with Amrita asking Akash if he can give his ring to her. Akash gives his ring to Amrita. Amrita gives the ring to the judge.
Mittal says to the judge that the ring worn by Akash is not patented and says anyone can wear that ring. Mittal says to the judge that Mitti has troubled him so much that he attempted suicide. Amrita comments on it.
Amrita questions Akash about his suicide attempt as Akash is a doctor but he only took 2000 gms of sedative even when he knew 2500 gms is needed to be taken for his life to be in danger. Akash says his mental condition was not good at that time to check the dosage he is taking. Amrita comments on Akash. Amrita says then he should not be a doctor as he doesn’t even know this much. Mittal argues that Akash is a great doctor and defends him.
Amrita calls Suhana to the witness stand. Amrita says to the judge that Suhana and Naina’s background are quite similar. Amrita says both of them have lost their father and they come from poor families. Amrita asks Suhana to give her testimony. Suhana says Akash promised her that he will marry her and used her but after using her he didn’t contact her and says he later threatened to made her video and private photos viral. Suhana later leaves from there. Amrita says to the judge that Akash and Suhana’s call records have been submitted to the court.
Mittal says this is just a conspiracy against Akash by Satendra. The judge says to Mittal that he cannot accuse a police officer like that. Mittal apologises to the judge.
Amrita calls Satendra to the witness stand. Amrita asks Satendra if he has gotten the video footage of Suhana confronting Akash at the party. Satendra says four people have took video footage at that time. Satendra says the video footage has already been submitted to the court. The judge sees in the video Suhana confronts Akash. Akash asks Prithvi to stop Suhana.
Amrita asks Akash why has he asked Prithvi to stop Suhana. Akash says he was worried his reputation will be destroyed by Suhana’s false allegations so he asked Prithvi to stop Suhana. Amrita comments on it.
Mitti comes to the stand. Mittal defends Akash and cooks up a story infront of the judge that Satendra and Mitti used to be old lovers long before Mitti married Akash. Mittal says that is also the reason why Satendra has arrested Akash. Mittal later says Satendra and Mittal have conspired together to send Akash to jail so their route will be clear. Mitti says all his allegations do not have any proof. Mittal says he has proof and submits photos of Satendra and Mitti. The judge looks at the photos. The judge says to Mittal that if a woman leaves her husband and stands beside with another man he cannot make up a story based on these photos. Mittal apologises to the judge.
Mitti says to the judge how they took Naina out of the hospital because they thought Akash would kill Naina. Mittal asks Mitti why did they think like that. Mitti says she took Naina’s place in the hospital and Akash has attempted to stab her thinking she is Naina and says they can look in the hospital cctv footage that Akash has come to the hospital.
Satendra says yes and says the cctv footage has been submitted to the court. Mittal argues in the court that Satendra and Mitti have broken the hospital rules by taking Naina without informing Naina’s family. Mitti comments on it.
