.The episode starts with Akash telling his clients that his operation was a success. Prithvi asks Akash to take a break, but Akash comments on it lightly.
Akash talks to Prithvi and says he is lucky to have a wife like Mitti. Meanwhile, Naina arrives at the hospital. The receptionist asks Naina to report to the admin office, and she agrees.
In the admin office, the administrator hands Naina her termination letter. Naina asks why she is being fired as she hasn’t done anything wrong. The administrator says her services are no longer needed and asks her to leave. Naina walks out upset.
Akash returns home with a bouquet for Mitti. Mitti comments that he came home quite early. Akash asks Mitti if she never doubts him since he often stays outside for two days. Mitti says two emotions cannot live in one heart—there can only be love or doubt. Akash gets a call from patient number 3 but ignores it and romances Mitti.
Akash’s parents arrive, interrupting their romantic moment. Akash and Mitti welcome them in.
Meanwhile, Naina gets a call from her Chachi, who asks her to send money as Golu’s wheelchair is broken. She reminds Naina she hasn’t sent money last month. Naina asks to speak with Golu, but Chachaji interrupts and says she must send money first before speaking to him. He then cuts the call.
At Akash’s house, Mitti prepares food. Rohit tells his parents that Meher also wants to become a doctor like Akash. Akash’s mother scoffs, saying how can Meher become a doctor when Rohit himself couldn’t. She then tells Chirag he can try. But Chirag says he wants to be like his mother and has joined a dance class. Akash’s mother disapproves, saying dancing is not for boys.
Naina returns home and finds her anti-anxiety pills are finished. She throws the bottle away, it breaks, and she accidentally steps on the glass, injuring her foot.
At the same time, Mitti cuts her hand while chopping ingredients, and Akash tends to her.
Pushpa arrives at Akash’s house, followed by Ramesh, who demands money and threatens to hit her. When Ramesh raises his hand, Mitti stops him and slaps him. Ramesh says she shouldn’t interfere in their family matters. Akash reminds him they are in his house. Mitti warns Ramesh that if he ever raises his hand again, she will call the cops. Ramesh storms out. Pushpa apologises, but Mitti tells her to first apologise to herself for not speaking up when her husband first hit her.
Later, Naina’s friend bandages her wound and asks why she hasn’t been eating and is dependent on pills. Naina says someone used her and threw her away like nothing. Her friend urges her to expose him, but Naina says he is too powerful. She only wishes to talk to him once.
At night, Akash receives a call from Naina but ignores it.
The next day, Akash’s family has breakfast together. His mother tells Mitti to focus on her family instead of her boutique and asks Akash to convince her. Akash takes a stand, saying the boutique is Mitti’s identity and he will never ask her to leave it. Later, his father says they must prepare for a surprise. Mitti tries to find out what it is, but no one tells her.
Mitti runs into Naina while buying medicine and is on a call with Akash. Naina falls and injures herself. Recognising Mitti as Akash’s wife, Naina apologises, and Mitti tends to her injury.
Episode ends.
Precap: Naina records a video introducing herself as Naina Singh, girlfriend of Chandigarh’s top heart surgeon Akash Malhotra. She says goodbye and slits her wrist.
The police arrive at Akash and Mitti’s wedding anniversary. They ask Akash if he knows Naina Singh. When he says yes, they arrest him for physically abusing her and forcing her into a suicide attempt.
Reporters ask Mitti if she will still believe her husband even if he is proven to be the father of Naina’s baby. Mitti declares she will, saying even if God himself claims her husband is wrong, she will never believe it.
