In a disturbing video, Naina introduces herself as the girlfriend of Chandigarh’s renowned heart surgeon, Akash Malhotra. She bids him goodbye and shockingly slits her wrist, leaving a trail of questions behind.
Just as Mitti and Akash celebrate their wedding anniversary, the police arrive and confront Akash about Naina. To everyone’s disbelief, Akash admits knowing her. The police arrest him on charges of abuse and abetment to suicide, turning the joyous celebration into a nightmare.
Reporters surround Mitti, asking if she will still trust her husband even if Naina is pregnant with his child. Mitti stuns everyone with her fearless response, declaring that even if God accuses Akash, she will never stop believing him.
