The episode begins with Ishaani stating NV she wants to remain in the marriage. She says that she would like to cancel the marriage bargain. She inquires will Mr. Ziddi agrees to take Mrs. Ziddi. NV agrees but teases her with a single condition they have to get married and she wants to give him his coffee.
Ishaani applies colour on his face and hugs him. Everyone rejoice the moment. They gets decided to get married the following day. The fake police keeps Sid and Rahil in an abandoned airplane. Sid asks why did not they take him to police station for which they mocks them.
Sid recalls MaMa and Maami feeding candies to them and sending them to Dharmshala so that they are framed. He realizes that it is those who assaulted him coming to mandap.
Ishaani and NV are in their area and Ishaani is considering Sid’s words. She wonders if it is true that Sid isn’t at fault. NV asks her what is wrong but Ishaani says nothing. She says that she is concerned for Sid as a patient and wonders how to ship medications to him.
Maama and Maami says they will send it and asks them not to worry. The goons point gun in Sid but Sid defeats him Rahil and Sid defeats the goons. They inform police and authorities comes there. It is said that they have kidnapped then on bogus charges. Inspector asks who hired them for they shows that it is Vivek Arora and his spouse.
Ishaani is looking at mirror when NV comes there and compliments her. They both sit for union and performs ritual. Inspector comes there and says to NV that Ishaani’s Maama and Maami are the actual culprits. Sid and Rahil comes there and the bogus authorities gives statement against Uncle and Aunt. Sid also says that it is those who attacked him on his way to union and the reason for him being in coma.
Maama and Maami agrees that they did. When Ishaani asks why they state they don’t want her to marry a poor and keep coming to them for assistance after marriage. They also show that it’s those who murdered her parents and made them incorrect in front of everybody s eyes. Ishaani gets disgusted at their true face. Maami snatches the gun from inspector and points it in Ishaani and Sid. They fires the gun but NV saves them.
Ishaani apologizes Sid for the misunderstanding. NV cones there and asks her not to sacrifice her love for him. He asks her to visit her true love. Ishaani hugs him psychological while NV gives away her hands to Sid. Sid and Ishaani reunite.
