The episode begins with Ishaani remembering the time when Ratan came to her and notifying about purchasing Sanjivani for her opposing. Afterwards he forcefully dragged her to Sanjivani despite her situation. He forced her into a situation where she is literally confused whether she’s to care for her self or the sufferers. She states that he desired her to treat Dr. Sid despite understanding the mental trauma she is going through.
She states that she thought he did that because he cares for her but in fact he wanted to be a hero and made her a villain. She combine hands in front of him and begs him to spare her from the relation by providing divorce to her. Ratan gets shocked and Ishaani tries going away but he holds her hands. He says he held her hands when they got married and aren’t going to abandon it as she is his duty and her happiness things to him. Ishaani leaves releasing her hands .
Ratan sits crying on bed when Bebe comes there. She says he’s putting his own life in danger for rescuing Dr. Sid. She states ghat she knows that Ishaani is required to heal Dr Sid for after but what is the requirement for him to bring her again and again in front of him and make pain for her.
NV claims that Ishaani’s life ceased at the present time from the mandap and it could be transferred on just when she gets responses from Sid. On top of it Sid is Dr. Shashank’s son. Bebe claims that Shashank saved her because his obligation has a physician and he should not take it as a favor. She asks him to forget about Sid and try making Ishaani sense his love for her. She asks him to express his feelings in front of Ishaani rather than letting her coping with the past.
Ishaani comes to Sanjivani to notify Sid about the past before NV comes. Nv is on his way to Sanjivani. He halts by the sign and takes his handbag with Ishaani’s picture in it. He speaks to it that just how much he loves her and wishes for her to know it. Sid gets violent asking for Ishaani and Rahil attempts controlling him. Ishaani gets worried seeing it and instantly hides. Sid finds it but none believes it. Ratan on the other hand grips rose for Ishaani.
Ishaani hides in the cleaning room when NV comes there. He’s very close to her. Ishaani states that she knows he wants to deal with Sid but NV states that he does not care about it anymore. He forward rose to her but Ishaani throws it away as he is allergic to it. She attempts going out but door gets stuck. NV helps her and she leaves. He chooses the rose with suggestion ring inside which dropped down.
