The episode begins with NV looking for the divorce papers everywhere. Bebe comes there and asks what is he searching. He states concerning the divorce papers and states he would like to give Ishaani exactly what she desires. Bebe asks him to give Ishaani sometime but NV states that it has been three years since he tried but nothing changed. Neither he could take her from depression nor could he admit his feelings for her.
Bebe claims that Ishaani remains under depression he wants to understand her. She’s so much things going in her head that she could not distinguish between right and wrong. She advises him not to give up on Ishaani so readily. Nv gets into believing while Bebe leaves.
Ishaani finishes making the Shivling and Bebe praises her for making it so beautifully. She asks her to take the Shivling and everyone gets ready to go to temple. Ishaani struggles lifting it independently and NV gives hand to her. They have an eyelock.
Everybody comes to temple and places the Shivling in its location. Pandit asks NV and Ishaani to sit together for pooja. Ishaani hesitates but still agrees and does pooja with him. NV believes that Ishaani is unhappy about so many things that when he pushes her out of his life too then she will be completely a mess. Ishaani wants to get divorce from NV and has relieved from both Sid and NV from her life so. That she could live in peace.
Ishaani tries tying the fabric around the bell for mannat and NV helps her. He asks her to ask something different to God as he is granting her desire for divorce after Sid gets treated by her. Ishaani gets stunned with his sudden conclusion.
Next day Ishaani comes to Sanjivani and believes to cure Sid whenever possible and get her replies to get relieved from both Sid and NV eternally ij her life. She enters the hospital still nervous and takes her depression pills. She enters Sid ward to locate Rahil and NV already there. Rahil thanks NV for organizing the best neurosurgeon to get Sid despite being hard to receive his appointments. NV says he needs Sid treated and sees Ishaani. He informs Rahil about Ishaani taking over Sid leaves and case.
NV is talking with the neurosurgeon about Sid’s situation who states that it is not possible for Sid to undergo a surgery as he had a tumor in his brain. If the surgery occurs then his brain cells may get ruined. On the other hand Sid wakes up and gets happy seeing Ishaani.
He says he’ll be treated permanently when she is with him. Ishaani asks him to take care and leaves. Mr. Mehta says that the odds are nil for rescuing Sid or him getting his memory back. NV finds Ishaani on door but hides her about Sid’s condition. He prevents her from interacting with Mr. Mehta too. Ishaani finds it questionable.
