The episode begins with Ishaani getting ready for the operation. Bebe and NV meets her and they both wish her luck. Ishaani takes Bebe’s blessings and they ask her to not get nervous and reveals their trust on her. \
NV goes with Ishaani into ot where Dr. Mehta is also present. Ishaani thanks Mehta for the operation but Mehta says that it has all NV’s efforts that made her effective for the operation.
Ishaani gets confused while NV asks Dr. Mehta not to dig the past. However Mehta is determined that she wants to know the truth. He says about the impact of depression pills on her body and the way that made her ineffective to perform any operation.
He states that NV has delivered her reports and guided her and motivated her to overcome her depression. NV claims that all who are old items and yesterday did Ishaani a 10 hour operation all by herself like the decision and successfully finished it also. He states that it’s only a warm up for her and she will do her best in this one also.
Ishaani gets teary eyed while Mehta leaves. Ishaani gets emotional seeing NV and worries if she is able to it. NV gives her power and says that she can definitely get it done and asks her to trust her abilities and his hope on her. Ishaani finds it hard to manage herself but NV ties sacred cloth around her head. He asks her to trust God and kisses her Forehead. He then leaves.
Ishaani enters the ot and Dr. Mehta asks what if they do now. Ishaani gets startled in his query as it is him who should what’s to ve done as he is doing the surgery while she is just assisting him. Dr. Mehta reveals he has denied doing the operation and so Mr. Singh has appointed her as the lead. He says he has informed it prior.
Ishaani looks at NV shocked who signs her to proceed. Rahil too supports her stating that she can do the surgery right. Ishaani begins the operation and makes a decision analysing his illness and it becomes right. The operation goes on for hours when Rahil gets body cramps.
She sends him out to get a rest and continue with the surgery. She finds other staffs becoming tired time to time and provides them break also. Shortly Rahil returns with juice for her and signs NV. She drinks it grinning at him. At one stage Sid gets hyper and Ishaani gives him a shot and down him.
In the last step of this operation Ishaani provides a shot but it might affect any nerve and isn’t certain what will be the effect of it. She goes on to provide the shooter and asks Rahil to shut him up. NV signals great job ro Ishaani while Ishaani looks on.
