The episode starts with Jhansi City being shown. Radhika’s father sees her hoarding of being topper on road while riding on the road. He smiles and proudly clicks a picture. The guy on road looks at him, he says she is his daughter and has topped engineering exam. Radhika’s mother and her sister in law are cooking and discuss about the curry being cooked. They joke about it. Radhika’s brother comes and says why are they making Radhika do the repair of refrigerator as she has done IIT not electrical engineering. He will call Aslam next day.

Radhika taunts him back. He tells her that she cannot repair it and leaves from there. Pintu comes and tells he will try to find manual. He asks her to check black wire, she asks him mathematics multiplication, he cannot answer and leaves making excuse. Suman says boys of their family are weak in studies and only Radhika has studied well. Radhika succeeds in repairing the refrigerator. Suman praises her. Radhika jokes to her that she should tell bade papa for money as the little money she saved in thread box won’t be enough. Suman tells with drops pot gets filled.

Radhika jokes about the leaking ceiling. Ice falls from refrigerator and she says if
even ice liked her joke. Suman says hope boys of the family can earn more so that their problems reduce. Radhika practices for her placement interview. She feels weak in conversing in English. Rina calls her and asks if she has memorised all the questions for the interview tomorrow. Radhika says her not to tease her. She tells she feels nervous about English. Rina asks her if she has told her family about her job being in Mumbai.

Radhika tells she has told Suman but she wants to tell everyone after she gets job. Rina suggests her to get married to someone from Mumbai and settle there and then get the job too, things will be easier for her than staying all alone. Radhika tells marriage is not ticket to Mumbai. She keeps practicing. Pintu comes to call her for dinner and teases her about being grown up and not helping in household work. She asks him to behave like kids. Radhika’s father shows the hoarding picture he had taken to his brother. They say boys of the family are of no use.

Ravi comes and says he will be getting more work in college as ACS company is coming for placement interview. Radhika feels nervous about her interview and denies eating dinner. Later Suman and Radhika have conversation about the interview. Radhika says if she gets the job all their problems will be solved and if she can make family members agree for it. Suman encourages her and tells her to first get the job. At, interview Radhika answers well but interviewer wants her to give a reason why they should choose her. She says she is ordinary but wants to do something extraordinary and prove herself. They ask her to leave. Radhika gets job offer for teaching in coaching center. Radhika comes and tells that she passed the interview for ACS and will get 40k per month. All the family members are left surprised. The episode ends with Radhika saying her office is in Mumbai.
