The episode starts with Radhika going to Abhishek and asking why he didn’t share with her what he shared with Sree Abhishek recalls admitting that he loves Radhika in front of Sree and grows anxious. Radhika asks Abhishek why he didn’t tell that he broke up with Taniya. She says that now she understood why he was acting weird and blames her herself for failing to understand it. She urges him to talk to her since she’s his friend. Abhishek reacts angrily and asks Radhika not to disturb him. Radhika is shocked by Abhishek’s behavior. Radhika agrees not to disturb him hereafter and leaves.
At Jhaasi, Lucky tells to Radhe that Lavi and Jairam are hiding something from them. Radhe reassures him. He says that Jairam has to listen to him since they’re one family. Here, Priyal hears Radhika telling her colleague that she got engagement to Hrithik who also works in ACS. Priyal calls Radhika and says that she didn’t receive her resignation letter which shocks Radhika. Priyal says that she’s going to get married. Radhika apologizes to Priyal not to tell this before.
Priyal says that Radhika should have informed her or HR about going to marry her senior. Priyal says that it’s not prohibited, but it’s not allowed to have a personal relationship with her senior since people can think misusing her contacts to get favors. Radhika is shocked at hearing this and says that she’s sorry and she will inform HR now. Priyal says that it’s too late. Radhika tells about people congratulating two people who are ACS employees for wedding. Priyal says that the girl already resigned and asked for Radhika’s resignation letter. Radhika says that she doesn’t know about it.
Radhika promises not to her relationship affect her works. Priyal says that it will affect her work. She says that HR will question her about how since how long is happening and why she didn’t inform. She says that being her boss, she doesn’t have energy to invest in this. Priyal says that she hired her despite knowing it’s a wrong decision so she can prove her wrong, but she proved her right. Priyal refuses to listen to Radhika and asks Radhika to face the consequences.
Veer goes to Priyal and asks what happened. Later, Veer asks Hrithik why he didn’t tell him or priyal about Radhika earlier despite knowing that Radhika could be in trouble. He says that this is Radhika’s dream and he can’t even think what will happen with her if loses her job because of this issue. Just then, Radhika arrives there to talk to Hrithik. The latter receives Raj’s call. He assures Radhika to sort out this issue and leaves. There, Radhe asks Jairam to go with him to the shop. Jairam refuses saying that he has an important work. Radhe worries about Jairam’s weird behavior. Lucky assures him saying that at least everything going well with Radhika in Mumbai.
Hrithik meets Priyal. He says to Priyal that it’s not written in any guidelines that two employees of ACS shouldn’t get married. He says that he will make Raj understand it. Priyal says that Hrithik may not get affected, but Radhika will. Meanwhile Radhika’s colleague tells Radhika that she can face obligations because of this issue. Here, Priyal says to Hrithik that Hrithik is a good friend of Veer and Radhika is working under her, so people can think that Radhika getting support of her seniors and she getting success because of relationship and not success. Radhika’s mistakes gets forgiven easily as she’s close with Hrithik.
There, Radhika’s colleague says that people can think that Radhika got internship because of her relationship with Hrithik. Radhika says that she has given written test and met Hrithik in recent time. Here, Priyal says that Radhika has potential to succeed, but if she loses her job that will be because of Hrithik who did this despite knowing about everything. She says that Hrithik is wrong. There, Radhika’s colleague says to Radhika that no matter who is at fault, she will get punished. He asks her to decide whether she has come here to work or getting married.
Here, Hrithik says that HR will fire Radhika to avoid questions. Hrithik assures Priyal to get Radhika another job with a higher salary package. He says that Radhika is just a fresher, so there won’t be much damage to her career. Priyal angrily leaves. At Jhaasi, Lucky and Radhe are shocked when Jairam brings Lavi and Milli who got married. Here, Veer says to Radhika that only two people’s job can be confirmed among the trainees and Radhika’s engagement with Hrithik and how HR team will react to this is something to be tensed. Veer suggests Radhika talking to Hrithik openly and clear everything. Radhika sits worried.
Abhishek and Radhika simultaneously receive a picture of them together. They look at the picture and smile. Chana mereya plays in the BG. Radhika receives Hrithik call. Radhika goes to Hrithik cabin. She says to Hrithik the consequences she has to face because of their relationship. Hrithik says that he assumed about it, but he didn’t expect that it would become such a big issue which shocks Radhika. The latter asks Hrithik why he didn’t tell her earlier.
