The episode starts with Suman saying to Sree that she will give rent to her till she and Gomti stay there. Sree refuses to accept it. Suman says to Sree that they have to stay for some more time for the goodness of Radhika, whom they consider their friend. She asks them to think and decide. She asks them to have dinner and leaves. The girls refuse to accept Suman’s proposal. Sree says that Suman hasn’t understand the real problem. Radhika says that Suman tries to mingle with them, so she cooks and does other household work. But they just want to fight. Vaishali says that they can’t be forced to mingle with her. Radhika says that they will stay with her in the hall. She says that it’s just a matter of seven days and if they don’t even want her to stay there, she will accept it. She angrily leaves. Gomti is angry that the girls don’t understand their situation and laments about it to Suman.
There, Milli and her dad go to Lavi’s house and tell his family that Milli and Lavi have been in a relationship for a year. They also say that Lavi went out with Milli. Lavi’s family refuses to believe it. Milli and her dad show the pictures of Milli and Lavi that they clicked together. However, Lavi denies it. Radhe asks Lucky what the truth is. Lucky says that Milli is telling the truth. Milli’s dad threatens Jairam and asks him to get Milli married to Radhika.
Radhika says to Suman that she will eat later as she’s not angry. But Gomti forces her to have food. Radhika has enough and shouts. The girls come out on hearing Radhika’s shout. She says to her family that she agreed to get married as they forced her and asks if they will force her to eat too. She says to her friends that this is her house too, so her family can stay there as long as they want. She defends her friends in front of her family. However, she refuses to get involved in their fights and asks them not to drag her into this. She angrily leaves.
There, Jairam scolds Lavi and refuses to accept Milli as his daughter-in-law. He asks Lavi to do something and sort out this matter. He scolds Radhe for questioning Lucky in front of Milli and her dad about this matter. Radhe says that he just wanted to support the right. Jairam asks Radhe to let him make the decision of his life. Radhe receives Suman’s call and leaves. Gomti regrets coming to Mumbai.
Radhika is unable to sleep recalling her mom and the girls’ words. She gets up and runs to the washroom to vomit. Preeti sees and gets worried about Radhika. She knocks on the washroom door, asking Radhika to open it. Suman and Gomti arrive there on hearing this. They all get worried about Radhika. The latter comes out of the washroom and faints, shocking everyone.
The girls help Suman to take Radhika to the hospital. On their way, Suman informs Radhe about Radhika’s condition. Radhe is shocked. At the hospital, Sree and Vaishali fight with the nurse at the receptionist when no doctor comes to check Radhika. Vaishali threatens the nurse to make a video and make it viral. She asks Sree to call Abhishek, who is a journalist, to write a cover story about this. Just then, a doctor comes and takes Radhika to treat her. Preeti assures Suman that the doctor will treat Radhika. She takes Suman and Gomti out of the ward.
The episode ends.
Precap: Suman overhears Radhika and Abhishek talking. Suman shouts at Radhika and scolds Abhishek. She drags Radhika with her.
