The episode starts with Radhika asking Abhishek what truth they’re talking about. Preeti says that Abhishek wants to know why Hrithik has come. Vaishali also asks the same. Radhika says that Hrithik blackmails her. She says that Hrithik’s ego got hurt since she rejected him. She further says that her parents don’t know about her breaking up with him, so he is taking advantage of this to take revenge on her. Radhika says that she’s sacred that Hrithik is her senior, so she’s scared that he will cause trouble to her in her professional life. Sree gets angry and asks how he could do like that. Vaishali says that Hrithik can do as he is Radhika’s senior. The girls support Radhika. The latter leaves. Abhishek goes after Radhika. Sree wants to go after him to urge him to confess his feelings to Radhika. But the girls stop her.
Abhishek stops Radhika and says that Hrithik doesn’t deserve Radhika and adds that she needs a supportive partner with whom she can share her personal and professional life worries. Radhika agrees with Abhishek and says that Hrithik isn’t such a guy, so she has broken up with him. She asks Abhishek if he will support her life decision. Abhishek asks Radhika to think well before making any decision. He says that he will go to Delhi, so Radhika has to handle it alone. He says that he only wishes her to always be happy. They become emotional. Radhika leaves.
The next morning, Rupy and Suman say to Radhika that they’re proud of Radhika and her achievements so far. Suman feeds her sugar and curd. She wishes her luck. Just then, Abhishek arrives and tells Radhika that he has found a house which suits her budget and which is near her office. Radhika becomes happy and thanks Abhishek. Suman dislikes it. Suman deliberately says to Radhika that she kept sweets for Hrithik in her lunch box and asks her to give them to him.
Radhika reaches her office. She hears Hrithik saying that he wants to talk to Raj about something important. Later, Hrithik says to Radhika that he will meet her later with her parents, which confuses Radhika. The latter goes to meet Priyal. Radhika requests Priyal to review the trainees based on their merits and not to include anything else which is suggested by others. She says to Priyal that she believes that Priyal will not let any injustice happen to anyone. Radhika confronts Hrithik and says that she’s not scared of his blackmail. She says that whatever the company decides, she has already made her decision.
Veer supports Radhika. ButvHrithik deliberately tries to prove that Radhika doesn’t deserve to be given the job as she doesn’t know how to keep her personal and professional lives separate. He says that Kartik deserves it more than Radhika. Radhika receives her family and the girls’ call to know the result of her review. They express their support for Radhika. Abhishek then calls Radhika and shows her support for Radhika. The meeting has ended. Radhika checks her mail box and jumps out of happiness as she gets selected, while Kartik is shocked as he didn’t get selected.
