The episode starts with Radhe warning Hrithik about speaking ill of Radhika and asking him to get out. Abhishek also warns Hrithik. The latter says that it wasn’t Radhika, but he is breaking this alliance before leaving. Suman blames Abhishek for whatever happened. She laments about their reputation being ruined. She leaves, refusing to listen to Abhishek. Radhika asks Abhishek why he didn’t tell her about his feelings for her before and asks when it happened. Abhishek says that it wasn’t planned, it happened. He says that he helped, being her friend without expecting in return. He adds that he will leave for Delhi so she won’t see his face again. He leaves.
Radhika and Abhishek cry in their respective places. Vrinda comforts Abhishek. The latter breaks into tears, expressing his love for Radhika. He regrets not confessing his love to Radhika earlier. He decides to leave for Delhi as he won’t be able to handle himself if he stays there. Radhika goes to Suman. She says that she wasn’t aware of Abhishek’s feelings for her and she didn’t break her relationship with Hrithik because of Abhishek. Radhika reminds Suman of her own words about an understanding and supportive life partner who wasn’t Hrithik. Suman asks if Abhishek is like that. Radhika says that she doesn’t know, but makes it clear that she can’t get into any relationship without finding such a person. Suman blames Radhika for snatching Radhe’s smile. She says that Radhika was wrong to do so. Suman leaves. Radhika cries. Radhe arrives and sees Radhika. The latter cries, looking at him silently.
Radhika watches Abhishek getting ready to leave for Delhi. Abhishek sees Radhika. They both become emotional. However, Abhishek sits in the can and leaves. Radhika is about to go downstairs. She hears a sound and runs to her flat. She is shocked to see an injured Radhe lying unconscious. Suman also arrives. Suman and Radhika are worried about Radhe. Radhika calls Vrinda for help. Vrinda phones Abhishek and asks him to come fast.
Abhishek arrives and helps Radhe. He ties a piece of cloth around Radhe’s head to stop the bleeding. He then rushes Radhe to the hospital. In the hospital, the doctor assures the family that Radhe fainted due to high blood pressure, but now the situation is under control. Abhishek and Vrinda try to convince Suman and Radhika to go home, saying that Abhishek will stay there and look after Radhe. Radhika asks Suman to go home and decides to stay in the hospital with Abhishek.
Abhishek gets coffee to Radhika. The latter pours half of it into another cup and shares it with Abhishek. Radhika falls asleep, sitting. Abhishek makes her sit properly. Maana ki hum yaar nahin plays in the BG. Radhe gains consciousness and asks how he reached the hospital. Abhishek explains it to him. Radhika cries. Radhe reassures her. Abhishek asks Radhika to return home while he looks after Radhe. Radhika returns home and gives Suman and the girls Radhe’s update. Suman asks about Abhishek. Radhika says that he is with Radhe in the hospital.
