Episode starts with Viaan’s surprise trip to Manali. Reema gives the ticket to excite him more. Vivaan asks Reema why the trip would be via Delhi and why did she chose the bus as vehicle of their journey. Reema answers that everything is for more entertainment and long journey. After boarding on the bus, Vivaan leaves for sometimes. Then Reema reminds how she bought some sleeping medicines from a medicine shop. Reema mixes the pills in the juice without his knowledge. Vivaan starts to take his juice.
Badima immensely panicks in the outside of the hospital. She prays for Ishita’s baby. Sandhya and Gajendra manage her. Badima asks the doctor to give Ishita the best treatment. When doctor comes in the cabin, Ishita earnestly nags to doctor and Reyansh to have the momo. Reyansh becomes confused. After reaching the hospital, Aditi asks the condition and reason of the accident. Pallavi accuses Simar, but Badima makes her understand that Simar didn’t anything intentionally.
Buying the momos, Reyansh hesitates to enter in the cabin, as he have to come in front of Badima, but somehow he manages. Badima suggests him to be with Ishita.
When he hesitates and becomes ashamed of being lier, but he is assured about increasing his fees. Doctor agrees but he suggests others to be conscious with Simar. Ishita is now very pleased to prove Simar as a mean person. Chitra becomes fan of Ishita. Ishita enjoys to have the Momos. Reyansh, pallavi, Ishita and Chitra make party and chill in the cabin. Suddenly Simar reaches in the hospital, but she goes to visit Kavya. The parents of Kavya seek the pardon and ask forgiveness for the past falsity. Simar is very disappointed to see the situation of Kavya. She asks Kavya whether she is really pregnant or not. Again get parents start to panick and dines the fact Kavya breaks down and confesses that she is really breathing the child of Reyansh. Kavya requests Simar with folded hand to save her child. Simar astonishes to think how Kavya was cheated. Simar continues to think how Ishita pretends to be pregnant, when Kavya is bearing the blood of Oswaal family.
Doctor declares and assures the condition of Ishita and the baby. He releases Ishita. Chitra starts her new drama. She starts talking about names of Simar and Aarav as they didn’t come to visit in the hospital. Badima confuses herself. Suddenly the friends of Riyansh inform him how Kavya tried to attempt suicide. Reyansh becomes tensed and asks their friends to threat them. After the giving the bill to Riyansh, he becomes astonished to see the amount, but he is assured to pay the the whole to keep their falsity. Again the parents of Kavya comes for asking aid, the goons have already reached there. Aarav and Simar plan to take out Kavya by hook or crook. The goons didn’t find Kavya anywhere, meanwhile Simar disguises herself as a nurse. But she is stopped by the gatekeeper, when the the friends of Reyansh sees her.
