At the beginning of the episode, Sandhya tells Simar that Gajendra had found a good boy for her too but she left him alone in the mandap. She then asks her how did she come to her room. Simar says that she has brought their favourite tea to both of them. Sandhya gets angry and takes the teacups outside the room and tells Simar that she doesn’t need her to do any of her work. Simar feels bad. She tries to talk to her but Sandhya closes the door of her room.
Just then hot tea falls on Simar’s hand. She screams. Sandhya is about to leave the room but Gajendra stops her. Simar further sees that tea has fallen on Geetanjali’s sari. Tears well up in her eyes. Just then Vivaan comes there and tries to console her. On the other hand, Reema goes to Geetanjali and tells her that she has poured tea on her saree. Geetanjali is shocked to hear this. Reema says that now Simar will not be able to clean that saree and they will get a chance to get her out of this house.
Vivaan comes to Aarav and tells him how upset Simar is. She has made everyone’s favourite tea but he is sure that she will not get anything even after doing all this. Aarav says that he cannot stop Simar so he is looking for a job so that he can take Simar away. Vivaan feels bad hearing this and says that he can hire him as the CEO of Durgapeetha. Aarav denies this. He says that he cannot join the Oswal company until Geetanjali accepts him.
Here Simar is trying to remove the stains of Geetanjali’s saree. She wonders how she will remove this stain. That’s when she remembers that once her mother had cleaned the sari by adding vinegar. She walks towards the roof. Reema and Geetanjali notice Simar and they too go towards the terrace. Simar says that the vinegar recipe always works and she doesn’t want Geetanjali to be hurt again this time because of her mistake.
Further, Geetanjali comes to the terrace and sees that her saree is very clean. Reema gets shocked seeing this. Geetanjali tells Reema that she cannot do any work properly. Simar goes to the kitchen and sees Aditi waiting for her. Aditi asks her if she can help her in any way. She refuses and says that she used to do all the work alone in her maternal house as there are no servants. Aditi says that then she should also learn household chores because she has to go there too.
Simar does not understand her point and asks her what she wants to say. Aditi says that she also has to go to her in-laws’ house so she is saying so. Simar then teaches her to cook food in the kitchen. Aditi messages Gagan and tells him that her training to be a good daughter-in-law has started. Gagan smiles. Here Aditi tells Simar that she also wants to become a good daughter in law like her. Sandhya comes there and says that when Simar is not able to become a good daughter then how will she teach her to be a good daughter-in-law.
