At the beginning of the episode, Aditi tells Simar that she too wants to become a good daughter-in-law like her. Sandhya comes there and says that when Simar herself failed to be a good daughter then how will she teach her to be a good daughter in law. She then sees Aditi’s hairstyle and asks why she has made hair like Simar. She tells Simar to stay away from her daughter. Aditi says that Simar has no hand behind this. She is just cooking food for everyone.
Sandhya says that when she has told Simar not to cook food for then why is she doing this by going against her. Simar tries to talk to her when Chitra and Reema come there. They advise Sandhya that they should divide the kitchen. Sandhya refuses this and says that she cannot divide the kitchen but when she works in the kitchen, Simar will have to stay away from here. She also separates her utensils and tells Simar to stay away from her utensils.
Chitra and Reema say that Simar is the reason behind Sandhya’s sorrow today and she should leave from here now. Aditi tries to talk to Simar but Simar walks away saying that if Aditi takes lessons from her, she will become a bad daughter-in-law like her. Geetanjali sees tears in Simar’s eyes. She asks the reason for this. Simar says that tears came to her eyes while chopping onions. Geetanjali asks Simar to cook food again. Because today she has to make prasad and they cannot eat garlic onion in food.
Aditi says that Geetanjali should have told this to Simar earlier. Aarav goes to Simar and says that she does not need to cook again. Geetanjali says that if Simar gives up, she will not have to do any work. While Simar tells Geetanjali that she will cook the food again. Geetanjali is shocked to hear this. Aarav says that she only wants to harass her. Geetanjali agrees to his point and confesses that she is doing all this to harass Simar.
While Simar ignores her point and asks her if she should make sweets too. Geetanjali says yes and also gives her a list of which dishes to prepare for the festival. Simar promises that she will handle it all alone. Here Chitra and Reema praise Geetanjali’s plan. Aarav tells Simar that he cannot see her upset anymore so he wants to make a decision. Simar stops him and says that she wants to do all the work.
Here Geetanjali says that if Simar makes a mistake, she will throw her out of the house. Simar tells Aarav that this task is difficult but she has to complete this challenge. Geetanjali tells Reema and Chitra that Simar will be defeated tomorrow and after that, they will have to prepare for Prasad. Reema and Chitra are shocked to hear this. While Vivaan and Aditi think of helping Simar.
