Episode starts with a very struggling situation of Simar, Aarav runs to see Simar but he is asked to stand outside for safety. He also requests to extend the delivery time for grahan, but the nurse says they can’t do anything like that. But Aarav says this decision is hard for him. He becomes puzzled and tensed. Aarav says he can’t take any decision in this mean time. But the nurse asks him to do haste because they have no time left. Meanwhile, Simar requests the nurse to save the child. But Aarav forbids nurse to do that. He priorities Simar over his child. Here, Badima prays to Matarani to save Simar as she is a great devotee of matarani. Everyone of Oswaal family continues their praying to God. Aarav comes outside and Vivaan supports him.

The Brahmin announces that the Chandra has started. Meanwhile, the Nagin also struggles for her delivery. Simar’s condition is being turned into more critical. The doctors try their best to save the both the mothers and babies. Aarav breaks down in tears thinking of Simar. Operation gets started. After suffering so much pain, finally, the baby is Simar cries. Aarav gets excited hearing the voice of the baby. But Reema gets tensed seeing the time. The baby has born during the time of grahan. Aarav and Vivaan can’t take anymore stress, they both hope for the rest. Aarav becomes reckless. The nurse comes out and announces that Simar has given the birth child. Hearing the news, Aarav becomes more excited. Nurse confirms that the girl born in the time of grahan.

Here, Nagin also gives birth of a girl child. When Chandni and doctor about the health of Nagin, he declares both the mother and baby are healthy. Chandni becomes released. Here, Aarav is informed by the nurse that Simar is no more. She has failed to hold her breath in the delivery time. Here, Badima prays to God for the recuperation of Simar, meantime the lamp gets extinguished. They feels something bad. Hearing the news of Simar, Reema breaks down in tears.

Badima and others members also reach in the hospital, seeing them crying and lamenting, they assume the news. Aarav becomes totally speechless. Hearing a illusional voice, Aarav reaches to Simar’s cabin. Seeing Simar dead, Aarav can’t believe this fact. He starts to scream on the nurses and asks them to leave. Aarav touches Simar and whispers the news near her ear. But Simar doesn’t response.

After, many trying, Simar doesn’t respond and show any gesture. Aarav gets thunderstrucked. Brahmin says the baby has taken the life of her mother. Others also proceed to the cabin of the Simar and see the madness of Aarav. Badima can’t control her emotions and says she can’t see this. No one can belive this could happen to them. Badima has lost her faith from Matarani. She again runs to Matarani and starts praying Her. Here, Vivaan also laments over deceased Simar. Aarav lost his mental sanity. He tries to wake her up. He thinks Simar is acting with him but Simar doesn’t open her eyes. Aarav shares a long repentful monologue, Vivaan asks him to control his emotion.
