At the beginning of the episode Dhami hugs Aarav and says that she will not leave him. Aarav asks her to leave him. Geetanjali comes there and is shocked to see them. Geetanjali asks Aarav what is all this happening. She sees that Dhami is wearing Simar’s clothes. She asks her why she is wearing Simar’s clothes. Dhami tries to talk to her. Geetanjali tells her to keep quiet.
She goes to Aarav and asks him to ask Dhami to stay within her limits. She adds that Simar has also explained a lot to her that there is some dignity in this house but she does not want to understand anything intentionally. She tells Dhami that she should not wear Simar’s clothes and that whatever belongs to Simar will remain Simar’s. Aarav says that he has made a mistake but he will not allow this mistake to happen again. Geetanjali leaves from there.
Dhami tells Aarav why he didn’t say anything to Geetanjali. Aarav says that he has some surprise for her so she should get ready. Dhami gets happy and she leaves from there. Reema thinks where Vivaan can go. Then she sees Vivaan, Aarav and Dhami together. She wonders where these three are going. Dhami asks Aarav and Vivaan where they are going. Vivaan says that she will get to know everything soon.
Reema comes to Simar and tells her that Vivaan and Aarav have gone out with Dhami. Simar says she need not worry as nothing will go wrong. Here Aarav and Vivaan bring Dhami in front of the ambulance and say that this is her surprise. Dhami gets shocked seeing this. Simar says that she has full faith in Aarav and is sure that Aarav will never let their relationship suffer.
Reema says but Dhami is very smart. Here Dhami tries to run away but Aarav and Vivaan catch her. Dr gives Dhami an injection due to which she faints. Dr tells Aarav that Dhami will regain consciousness tomorrow morning and by then she will have gone away from here. Aarav comes home. He washes Simar’s saree as Dhami touched it. He says that whatever is Simar will always be Simar’s.
Simar calls Aarav and asks him if he hasn’t slept yet. Aarav says that he does not feel good without her. Simar says that she is with him only. Aarav doesn’t understand her point. Simar asks him to go near the mirror. Aarav sees Simar’s shadow in the mirror. Simar says that she is with him. Aarav smiles. Aarav says that he wants her to be together forever. Simar tells Aarav that Reema was very angry as he and Vivaan had gone out with Dhami. Aarav says that Dhami had to go to America so they went to drop her at the airport.
