Episode starts with the lamentation of Aarav towards the death of Simar. Simar doesn’t open her eyes. Aarav cries a lot. All the members also break down in tears as the doctor declared Simar will not return. Meanwhile, a drop of tear falls on the leg of Simar which brings the sense of Simar. Aarav notices that the leg is moving, Aarav calls doctor and requests her to check her for once. The doctor also gets some indication and calls the nurse. The doctor asks nurses to switch on the system. They gives Simar a therapeutic ray which helps Simar bringing her sense. Here, Badima also keeps worshiping Matarani. Doctor explains the extraordinary incident which is a very rare incident. Reema drags Geetanjali devi and informs the good news. Badima and Reema become so happy hearing the news

When Badima enters in the cabin of hospital, she is hugged by Aarav. Aarav can’t control her emotions. Badima acknowledges the blessing of matarani. Brahmin says that this baby will not be a blessed child, because she has born in the time of grahan. The Brahmin also adjoins that the baby will take the life of Simar. Aarav and others become tensed hearing the prophecy. Aarav says their child couldn’t seperate them.

Here, Chandni informs the news to Nazar. She says if Simar will bring up her own child, the child will never a be evil, because Simar can do anything. Then Chandni asks Nazar what they should do. Nazar cooks a gooze. She plans to exchange her own baby with Simar’s. Taking the baby Nazar goes to the cabin to exchange the baby. She recalls the misbehaving of Simar with herself and decides to complete her revenge.
Here, Aarav proceeds towards the cabin and he is stopped by Aarav.

Here, Aarav reaches to the cabin. Nazar hides herself with the baby. Seeing the baby, Aarav losts himself. Badima reminds Aarav that she is the sign of their love, she is the hereditary of their family. Aarav says he couldn’t take the risk. Badima says Aarav shouldn’t hurt her. But Aarav doesn’t listen her. He decides to take away the baby to save Simar’s life finally. He wants to take away the baby in another safe place. Here, after waking up, Simar questions the doctor about her baby. The doctor informs Simar that she has become a mother of a girl.

Simar requests Doctor and Badima to bring the baby girl. They remain silent. Again Simar asks them to show her baby. Meanwhile, Chitra opens up everything. How furious incident was when the baby gets born. Chitra says this will not become safe to keep the baby to Simar. But Simar emphasizes that she herself is her mother. Reema and others try to calm her. Simar cries for her baby. Gajendra says the baby is taken away by Aarav. Simar can’t believe this fact and becomes awestruck to think how they could snatch her offspring for this filthy reason. Simar starts to run through the hospital and suddenly hears a screaming voice of a baby.
