Episode starts with advent of Aarav with the information of Simar, that she has reached in hospital. He adjoins that she deserved all those punishment. Badima stops him to ask some questions. But Sandhya holds the hand of Badima and stares at her. In spite of having the warning of Gajendra,. Sandhya reminds Badima her position as a mother and allows to enter in his room. Sandhya reminds that being a mother she won’t allow him to endure anything wrong. She forbids others to distrub Aarav. Gajendra questions Sandhya what’s she doing. Sandhya tells that she is doing according to her decision, asks others to have the rest and the next morning bring a positive and renewal vibe. Jhumri is asked to arrange his bed.
Being exhausted and depressed, Aarav lies down in his bed. Seeing him stressed, Jhumri says to herself that she will fill him with all enjoyment, all the agony will be removed. When she starts massage his feet, Aarav wakes up and forbids her do that. But Jhumri nags to do that. Jhumri doesn’t allow him to be alone. He is asked to have some milk which makes Aarav out of his control. This idea is given by Sandhya to make Aarav unconscious. When Simar runs from the car to meet Aarav, some goons attack her. Suddenly Simar pretends to have a wound in her leg, and holds some dust and throws towards them.
After drinking the milk, Aarav becomes unconscious and Jhumri holds her. Aarav thinks that she is Simar. Jhumri continues to comfort him. Reema tries to arrange some doctor and legal enforcement to free Simar.
Reema and Vivaan argue regarding the issue of Simar and Aarav. Badima comes and laments over the deteriorating situation. Badima asks Reema to carry on her endeavouring and she will provide all the resourcement. Sandhya and Chitra conspire and dream that Aarav and Jhumri will unite tonight. Hearing some sounds outside, Reema trembles in fear. But after few minutes, she sees that Simar is coming inside, and Reema helps her to do that. They hug each other, can’t believe that Simar is physically present here.
Here continues murmuring with the name of Simar, Jhumri becomes outrageous. But she controls herself somehow and starts to sing for a spell. Vivaan also comes there. When Reema starts to blame Aarav for all these situation, Simar explains everything, how he arranged all these dramatic things to save Simar. Vivaan now reminds Reema that he told Aarav can’t be fraud. Simar is promised by Vivaan and Reema that they will be with her to fight this war. When Simar goes to in her room, she is forbidden to do that. Here Jhumri hears a voice from outside.
