Episode begins with Nikki gets ready to leave for Sarpali. Malik tells Nikki to meet her family before leaving because if she failed then she won’t be able to meet them again. Nikki tells Vikram that she will return and she won’t let anything happen to them. Vikram tells Nikki that he think something big will happen because of shaitani rasmein. Aarohi hugs Nikki. She says that she know Nikki did something with her that’s why she is not able to tell anything to Malik. She adds that Nikki will die in Sarpali.
Bhavani singh blesses Nikki. Nikki notices Sumitra is missing. She asks Rachna about Sumitra. Sumitra comes there. Nikki asks Sumitra that whether the latter is fine. Sumitra says that she don’t care about Nikki’s shaitani rasmein. She orders Nikki to bring Piyush safely. Nikki thinks that she won’t forget this and Malik won’t forget her return ( Title song plays in the background ). She leaves from there.
Malik tells Baakar to follow Nikki because Manjaal is useless. Baakar tells Malik that he will bring Nikki to the latter and leaves from there.
Nikki wonders why Sarpali path looks like haunted one. Baakar follows her. Nikki feels like someone is following her and she runs from there. Baakar wonders where Nikki went. Nikki uses her power and throws rock towards Baakar. Baakar wonders who dare to do that. Nikki falls into the cave and hears a noise. She asks who is there.
In the cave, Naag guru blesses Piyush. He says that there is a reason that’s why Piyush is there. Visarpi tells Piyush that he become naag completely today. Rakshak gets jealous seeing them together. Celebration begins. Piyush drinks and loses his consciousness. Visarpi tells Piyush that he will do everything from now on. She sees Piyush laying down on the bed. She asks him to open his eyes.
Two men brings Nikki there. Piyush opens his eyes and sees Nikki. He runs to her and hugs her. He tells her that he missed her so much. Visarpi calls Nikki as Swarnprava. She says that she won’t let Swarnprava again. Piyush introduces Nikki to Visarpi. Visarpi thinks that she did not know Swarnprava also reborn like Kadam.
Piyush tells Nikki that he is alive because of Visarpi. Nikki tells thanks to Visarpi. She says that Malik sent her there to perform shaitani rasmein. Visarpi gets shocked hearing this. She says that she want dakshak’s pan. Visarpi says that that’s impossible. She adds that they don’t know where is dakshak.
Meanwhile, Malik says that it’s last shaitani rasmein and he will become king of patallok and he will make Nikki as his queen. He wonders why Netra is not coming with Piyush. Netra screams in pain.
