Episode begins with Piyush gets worried seeing Nikki unconscious. He asks her to get up. Nikki regains her consciousness and scolds Piyush. Sumitra tells Nikki to not get scared. Nikki says that she never thought Piyush will do something like this with her. She tells Piyush that she would have died. She leaves from there. Piyush follows her and stops her. She tells him that she can’t believe he did this with her for stupid rituals. She says that she just wanted to win his family members heart but they are heartless. He tells her that he did not wanted her to bring there. She tells him that she did not know they will be like this. She asks him that why he changed.
He tells her that they can’t leave in the middle. He pleads her to continue the rituals. Sumitra comes there and tells Nikki that the latter is fine so what’s the use of talking about it. She says that everyone is waiting for next ritual. Nikki says that she can’t go through another torture. Sumitra asks Nikki to not get scared because this ritual is easy. She takes Nikki from there.
Nikki sees goat. She wonders if they are going to kill the goat. She sits on the chair. They puts garland and jewels on Nikki and goat. Baba throws Vermilion on Nikki. Aarohi brings sword there. Nikki gets scared seeing this. She asks what is all this. Sumitra tells Nikki that the latter has to kill goat. Nikki says that she can’t kill an innocent goat. She pleads Piyush to stop them. Baba tells Nikki that she has to kill goat. He reminds her that she is daughter in law of royal family and she has to do this. Piyush’s family tells Nikki to do it.
Nikki takes the sword and drops the sword and goat gets killed. She faints. Kapalika smiles. She shows pool water and goat blood to Malik. She tells him to bath in this water and accept the shaitani power. Malik takes a bath.
On the other hand, Nikki regains her consciousness. She tells Piyush that those are Shaitani Rasmein. She asks him that why he brought her there. She says that she can’t stay there. She adds that she will die if she stayed there then. Piyush asks her to try to understand. He tells her that they can’t leave. She tells him that he will lose her if he don’t take her from there then. He tells her that nothing matters for him than her. He decides to leave from there and he realises that Nikki is not moving. Kapalika comes there.
Meanwhile, Aarohi wakes up because of nightmare. She tells Pratik that she had her child. Pratik tells her that their child can’t survive if Nikki don’t complete Shaitani Rasmein then.
Kapalika tells Piyush that Nikki will become like his ex and he will be the reason for that. She leaves from there. Piyush tells Nikki that she has to complete the rituals and leaves from there.
