The episode starts with Kareena talking to the person who hired her. She says she fooled Saumya and soon she will be killed by the goon. Kareena asks the person to transfer the money. She notices Harman and Virat and get shocked. Saumya comes there too and gets furious. She chokes Kareena and says what did you think that you only know acting, now you fell into our trap. She says she will kill Kareena for planning against Heer. Harman calms Saumya down. Kareena coughs and Saumya asks her who was she talking to. Kareena tries to run away but Harman makes her fall down. The phone also falls down.
Virat is about to pick it up but the goon arrives and picks the phone. He gives it back to Kareena and tells her to escape from there. He will handle Virat, Harman and Saumya. Kareena starts running and Saumya tells Virat to chase her as the phone has vital information regarding Heer. Virat chases Kareena and there the goon tries to stop him but Harman beats the goon.
Kareena reaches near a gutter and she scares Virat saying she will throw away the phone in the gutter. Virat tells her not to as he won’t spare her after that. If she gives the phone he will make sure Kareena gets less punishment. Kareena says she will die after giving the phone so before that she will destroy the evidence and Virat won’t be able to reach Heer. She throws the phone into the drain and Virat tries to catch it but in vain. He gets angry and asks her where is Heer. Kareena says she won’t tell. Virat tries to slap her and the latter pushes him and runs away. Virat again tries to catch Kareena.
Sant slaps Daljeet for sending Saumya to meet Kareena. Parmeet asks Daljeet why he doesn’t think before doing such things. Daljeet says he thought Kareena will kill Saumya and Harman’s family will be busy mourning for Saumya and forget about Heer. Daljeet says he thought he can save himself in this way. Sant says though Kareena threw away the phone but she is still with Virat. Daljeet says he hired killer to kill Kareena. Gurwindar overhears that and gets shocked.
Chintu tells Preeto that his Daadu ousted Raavi from his house and he spent a life like a orphan. When Balwindar called him and told him that they will stay happily together again he got happy but then Saumya killed Balwindar. Chintu says he will question Saumya why she did it and from now he will stay with his mother and he is new owner of Harman’s property. Preeto and Harak gets shocked hearing that. Chintu leaves.
A car hits Kareena and she gets injured. Virat notices the killer and sees the car number plate is blank. He takes Kareena to hospital. There police arrives and arrests the goon whom Harman was holding tightly. Inspector slaps the goon and asks what he knows. Goon replies he had dealing with Kareena only, he doesn’t know anything more than that. Saumya gets Virat’s call and who informs her about Kareena’s accident and tells her to reach hospital. Saumya thinks its done by the kidnapper only. Sant and Daljeet also reach hospital and Virat tells them that Kareena knows the kidnapper and about Heer. She is in OT right now.
Saumya and Harman meet Virat and they hope that Kareena will be fine soon and will tell about Heer. Parmeet calls Sant and the latter tells her not to get worried. He will handle Kareena and she won’t be able to spill the truth after gaining consciousness. Gurwindar requests Parmeet to give Heer back to Virat else the situation will be worse. Parmeet warns Gurwindar to stay away from the matter else she will kill her. Saumya looks at Sant and gets suspicious. Doctor tells Virat that Kareena is not stable, she needs 7 to 8 hours to get better. Virat gets hyper and grabs his collar saying he has to cure Kareena else he won’t be able to know about his wife Heer. Harman stops Virat from behaving impulsively.
Parmeet, Daljeet and Sant meet the killer. Daljeet angrily asks him why he failed to kill Kareena. Kareena knows everything about them. Parmeet says she can’t afford to lose Virat this time. Virat should not know the truth. Sant calms her. He says police force are in the hospital to protect Kareena, he can only remove the security for two hours and in two hours killer has to kill Kareena anyhow. Killer assures them saying Kareena won’t be alive. Kareena is shifted to another room. Virat gets worried.
