The episode begins with Bhanu asking Deepa to tell him whether he is Jyoti’s father or if it is Karthik. Deepa warns Bhanu that if he says one more word, she will beat him up. Bhanu tells Deepa that he has proof that Karthik is Jyoti’s father. Deepa asks Bhanu what proof he has.
Bhanu asks Deepa who admitted Jyoti to school. Deepa stays silent. Bhanu tells Deepa that she may not have admitted it, but Karthik has admitted that he is Jyoti’s father. Bhanu shows Deepa a photo of the admission form on his phone, where Karthik has written his name as Jyoti’s father. Bhanu asks Deepa if she convinced Karthik to pretend to be Jyoti’s father. Deepa snaps back at Bhanu. She asks him why it matters to him when he has no relationship with her or Jyoti. Bhanu then asks Deepa why she is wearing a mangalsutra in his name if she has no relationship with him. He demands that she remove it and give it to him. Deepa refuses. Bhanu tries to forcefully snatch the mangalsutra from Deepa. Lakshman tries to stop him, but Bhanu pushes him down and injures him. Deepa questions Bhanu about hurting an old man. Bhanu says he will beat up anyone who interferes between them. He again tries to snatch the mangalsutra from Deepa.
Karthik arrives at the hotel and sees Bhanu struggling with Deepa. He decides to teach Bhanu a lesson. However, he sees Deepa pushing Bhanu away and warning him to leave. Bhanu leaves from there.
Later, Karthik calls Naveen and tells him that he needs his help in teaching someone a lesson about the law.
At night, Jyoti comes to Deepa and tells her that she has completed her homework. Jyoti notices a wound on Deepa’s neck and asks how she got injured. Deepa says she was hurt while working. Jyoti applies medicine to Deepa and asks her to take care of herself. Jyoti says she won’t go to school tomorrow and will stay home to take care of Deepa. Deepa reminds her that she wants to become a collector and must study hard for it. Deepa asks Jyoti to go to bed. Jyoti agrees and leaves.
Karthik then comes to Deepa and asks how she is. Deepa asks him what is wrong with her. Karthik says he noticed the wound on her neck and asks how long she will continue to tolerate her husband. He tells Deepa that Bhanu is responsible for her condition. Deepa asks Karthik when she gave him the right to interfere in her life. Karthik is confused and asks what she means. Deepa taunts Karthik for admitting Jyoti to school without informing her and questions why he signed in Jyoti’s father’s place. Karthik explains that signing his name there was an unintentional mistake. Deepa still blames him. Karthik asks Deepa if Mahindra had signed in Jyoti’s father’s place, would Bhanu have questioned her like this, or Bhagyashree or anyone else. Karthik says Bhanu’s thinking is wrong and asks Deepa to understand that he never meant to hurt her. Deepa replies that even if he doesn’t intend to, he still ends up hurting her. She says Bhanu lacks patience and understanding, and she is suffering because of both of them. Deepa leaves from there. Karthik thinks to himself that Bhanu is responsible for Deepa’s condition. He feels Deepa may forgive Bhanu, but he never will.
Bhanu is then shown eating at home when the police arrive. They confirm that Bhanu is being arrested for having two marriages and for threatening to kill his first wife. Vijayanti and Shobha beg the police not to take Bhanu, but the police don’t listen and take him away. Bhanu vows to take revenge on Deepa for today’s humiliation.

Precap: Vijayanti comes to the Kothari house and confronts Deepa about filing a police case against Bhanu. Deepa says she hasn’t filed any case. Karthik arrives and tells Vijayanti that Deepa is telling the truth, and he is the one who filed the case against Bhanu.
Our Take:
Bhanu’s ugly truth comes out when Deepa catches him red-handed trying to snatch her mangalsutra and hurting Lakshman in the process. Karthik steps in silently, and his decision to file a police complaint shows he won’t let Bhanu get away with his cruelty anymore. With Bhanu arrested and Vijayanti blaming Deepa, the drama is set to explode as the family faces a shocking new twist next.
