The episode starts with Deepa throwing the glass shards into the dustbin. Bhagyasree witnesses this. Deepa tells Bhagyasree that the glass slipped from her hand. Bhagyasree comments on it and says that Kanika has been pampered since childhood as she is the only child of the house. She asks Deepa not to mind Kanika’s behaviour, saying that Kanika is still like a child. Deepa tells Bhagyasree that whatever she told the cops was the truth, but Kanika faced humiliation because of it, so she apologised to her. Deepa requests Bhagyasree not to be upset with Kanika and leaves.
Chitralekha goes to Kanika and feeds her food. She blames Deepa for Kanika’s humiliation. Kanika questions how it is Deepa’s fault when she herself drank alcohol and drove the car. Kanika says that Deepa only told the truth. Chitralekha thinks that she must turn the spark in Kanika’s heart into hatred so that she can throw Deepa out of the house. She asks Kanika to imagine what would have happened if Deepa had not spoken to the cops. Chitralekha adds that Kanika would not have been taken by the police, nor would she have faced humiliation. She further provokes Kanika by saying that Karthik might judge her and may even refuse to marry her. Kanika angrily asks Chitralekha to leave. Chitralekha reminds Kanika to think about her words before leaving.
Karthik explains to his parents that the entire Kothari family is upset. Kanchan says that Deepa should not have spoken the truth. Karthik defends Deepa, stating that she did the right thing. He adds that if Deepa had stayed silent, Kanika would never have realised her mistake.
At night, Deepa feels guilty as Kanika faced humiliation because of her. Tears fill her eyes. Jyoti wakes up when Deepa’s tears fall on her and asks why she is crying. Deepa says she is sad because telling the truth has hurt someone. Jyoti reminds her that she always teaches her to speak the truth and asks whether they should stop doing so. Deepa wonders if the truth should be spoken when it causes pain.
The next morning, the Kothari family watches the news, where the beauty pageant officials announce that they made a mistake by giving Kanika the Miss Hyderabad title and are now taking it back. Kanika sees the news, gets upset, and throws a tantrum.
Later, Kanika breaks down in her room. Bhagyasree tries to console her, but Kanika blames Deepa for her humiliation and for losing the title. Bhagyasree tries to explain logically that Kanika herself is at fault, but Kanika asks her to leave.
Chitralekha then confronts Deepa and lashes out at her for Kanika losing the Miss Hyderabad title. She insults Deepa and declares that she has no right to stay in the house.

Precap: Karthik asks Deepa why have they decided to leave suddenly. Deepa says to Karthik it is because of him. Deepa says to Karthik that she can never forgive the person who has killed her father.
Our Take:
Deepa’s honesty once again puts her at the center of a storm, proving that truth often comes with a heavy price. Chitralekha’s manipulation slowly poisons Kanika’s mind, turning guilt into anger. While Kanika refuses to accept her mistake, Deepa is left questioning whether truth is always worth the pain it brings. The family stands divided as emotions overpower logic.
