The upcoming episode of Shehzaadi Hai Tu Dil Ki will focus on rising emotional tension between Karthik and Kanika. Kanika is seen partying with her friends, trying to enjoy herself, but an underlying restlessness is clearly visible. Her friends tease her and question why she never invites Karthik to join her on the dance floor, hinting that his absence speaks volumes about their relationship.
Taking their words seriously, Kanika approaches Karthik and asks him to dance with her. However, Karthik calmly refuses, reminding her that she knows he does not enjoy such parties. This leads to an awkward moment when Gowtham openly comments that Karthik’s behavior suggests he does not truly love Kanika. Hurt and embarrassed, Kanika directly asks Karthik to declare his love for her in front of everyone.
Karthik, however, maintains his composure and makes it clear that there is no need for public declarations. Devastated by his words, Kanika loses control and starts drinking continuously, eventually getting intoxicated, hinting at emotional turmoil ahead.
